About: I’ve done a lot of dog sitting in Boston and for friends and family over the years, and I genuinely love it. I didn't have pets of my own as a kid, but always loved being around dogs. I’m comfortable with all kinds of dogs — big, small, high-energy, or total couch potatoes. I stick to their usual routines, make sure they get plenty of walks, playtime, and attention, and just try to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible while their owners are away. Lots of updates, lots of love, and happy pups are always the goal. Expect many photos and selfies. I work in a nursing home, and love bring pets along with me to visit the residents if approved by the owner! I work a typical Monday-Friday 8-5pm and have about an hour commute. I am available for evenings or early morning walks, as well as weekend/overnight boarding or house sitting. I live in an apartment in Charlestown with a fenced in back yard. Pets are allowed. I live with two family members with a lot of pet experience who also support boarding pets. I am happy to stay in someone's home if needed.
About: Always been a dog person. Great with any kind of dogs, even the naughty ones :) I have one dogs myself so I know what it's like to need help now and then. I also know what it's like to trust someone with your world. Dogs are after all family and not just our pets. I'm doing this because I wanted to see what it's like and to meet some cute pups! Also to help afford gas lol Hope to meet you!

I cannot recommend this sitter enough! I travel frequently for work and have hired many sitters over the years, and she is easily one of the absolute best I have ever had. From our initial meet and greet, Emma was incredibly warm and affectionate with my dog. Her communication throughout the entire stay was fantastic. When my travel plans shifted and I had to change my flight time, she was extremely flexible and accommodating with adjusting the schedule. She went above and beyond in ways I never expected. My flight ended up getting in at midnight, and coming home to find that she had washed my bedding was such a thoughtful and wonderful treat after a long journey. She is compassionate, empathetic, down to earth, and a complete delight to work with. I would jump at the chance to book her again!
Will came to the rescue when a friend backed out from watching my dog, River. He was very responsive, and I could tell River liked him immediately at the meet and greet. Will sent lots of pictures throughout his overnight stay, and River looked so happy. We’ll definitely book with him again in the future!
Grace was absolutely amazing at accommodating our last minute request for our pup! She took care of our dogs medicine needs and paid special attention to her injury. Will definitely be using her in the future and I’m very happy with her professionalism and how she sent us sweet pics to update us!
Katy was really sweet and responsive. I came home and my boys were relaxed and happy, which is all I could really ask for. They don’t love it when I have to travel, and I can always judge how well a sitter cared for them based on their demeanor when I get home. We will definitely book Katy again!
Chase did a wonderful job taking care of my pets while I was out of town. She followed all the instructions I left. Vesper, Betty, and Bonnie loved her. Even the cats warmed up to her. The house was neat and clean when I returned. I would definitely ask Chase for another petsitting.
Genuinely don’t have enough good things to say. One of the best sitters I’ve had in my entire life. Very communicate, takes great care of the pups, took great care of the house, and coordinated with some local friends to make sure the dogs were taken care of if she had to step out for a bit. 10/10 will use Ally again in the future. You’re in great hands with her!
Hillary was an absolute lifesaver while I was away for a full week on a business trip. From the very first day, she was communicative, reliable, and genuinely caring with Duncan and Dixon. Every single day, she sent a thorough update along with photos and videos showing the boys enjoying walks, cuddling, relaxing at home, and sticking to their regular schedules even through several days of heavy rain. It was so comforting to see them happy, healthy, and well cared for while I was gone. Hillary went above and beyond too, taking out the trash and recycling and bringing the bins back without being asked. She even checked in before and after each visit, and made sure everything was secure when she left (locking up and leaving the key in a safe spot). Duncan and Dixon clearly adored her, and I came home to two happy, healthy, well-adjusted pups. I can't recommend Hillary highly enough and will absolutely be booking her again for my next trip. Thank you, Hillary, for taking such wonderful care of the fur babies!
Maddy was so sweet and responsive. We really appreciated her house sitting our pup for four days! She followed the instructions we left, sent regular updates and pictures, and our doodle seemed calm (not anxious at all) and happy when we returned home. We will definitely reach out to her again if we need a rover sitter!
Ashley was great!! We needed a sitter last minute and was able to do a meet and greet before we left too. Our babies were shy but thankfully warmed up to her. House was clean when we got home and she gave us updates every day while we were away. Will definitely be booking with Ashley again!!
