I work from home remotely typically with some gigs outside of the house but usually I have a flexible schedule. I work best with medium to low energy dogs and cats (with some exceptions like for kittens!).

A typical day
I would love to share scenic walks in nature with your pup! I also meditate and work with energy as a Reiki practitioner - animals are very sensitive to energy and can't help but curl up in my lap when I am doing healing work!

Animal lover from Chicago here to take your simple pet worries off your plate! Former vanlife nomad now based in central Austin! I am an intuitive channel, writer, professional tarot reader, and Level 2 attuned Reiki practitioner that understands that all creatures come from Love. I am here to provide your pet with a warm, compassionate experience that soothes their souls while also taking care of their basic needs. My travels have afforded me the opportunity to meet and play with so many new pet friends (the perks of van life!), I decided that I wanted to dedicate more of my life to caring for animals, and thought that Rover would be a great place to start. As a former cat owner of 10 years, and lifelong dog adorer, I offer genuine delight and playfulness that pets can't resist! There is nothing like the joy that one can experience from the earnest happiness of a content pet. I'm excited to connect with you and your beloved animal companions! Please note: for any housesitting gig where I am required to stay until after 5pm on the last day, I charge an additional $6 fee.

Alia went above and beyond for our senior and young adult cat. She communicated early and often, and we loved the photos she sent each day. Alia alerted us that our cat was having some concerning health symptoms and provided invaluable symptom tracking for our vet. She assisted our friend in getting the cat into his carrier so he could get to the ER. Alia administered medication once he returned home and kept us posted on his symptoms and behavior. It's a pet parent's worst nightmare being out of state when a pet falls ill, but we felt so much relief knowing our babies were in kind, capable hands. I can't recommend Alia highly enough and would love to book her in the future.
