Understanding their typical daily schedule—such as when they eat, walk, play, and rest—helps me maintain consistency and comfort. I also ask how they signal when they need to go outside, what kind of reward system you prefer, and any guidance on whether you’d like me to use positive reinforcement or corrective feedback. Knowing the boundaries in your home, such as where pets are allowed, as well as any restrictions on interactions between animals, ensures I can keep your pets safe, happy, and stress-free while you’re away.
A typical day
Pets thrive on routine, and I make it a priority to follow the activities they’re most comfortable with, whether that’s mealtimes, walks, play, or downtime. While you’re away, I’ll also add in extra mental stimulation and attention to keep them engaged and content. This way, they stay happy, feel secure, and experience less anxiety about your absence.
