Hiya! I’m Marisa — thanks for stopping by! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover who has pretty much never met a furry (or feathered, or finned) friend I didn’t like. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, and I’ve also had the pleasure of caring for parrots, ferrets, bunnies, hamsters, and fish — basically, if it has a face and needs snacks, I’m probably your girl. 😂 Taking care of animals has always felt like second nature to me. I’ve also volunteered with several animal rescues over the years, from Chihuahua rescues to Boxer rescues. Growing up, my family was always taking in and fostering a furry friend until they found their forever home somewhere in our community. So, I’ve had plenty of experience with animals of all shapes, sizes, ages, personalities, and quirks! I’m especially comfortable with senior pets, shy or anxious kitties, and little ones who need medications, extra patience, or just a whole lot of TLC. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and very, very loved while you’re away. After recently losing my own dog, I’ve definitely been missing that daily dose of wagging tails, wet noses, and unconditional love. So, I’d love to borrow yours for a little while and spoil them with all the love, care, attention, and belly rubs they deserve. ❤️ Whether your pet is a total social butterfly, a professional couch potato, a little spicy, or firmly convinced that they are the CEO of the household — I’d love to meet them! *****And to my returning clients: please still reach out even if my calendar says I’m unavailable. I love keeping pet parents in the loop and making sure you never have to wonder how your fur baby is doing! Communication is very important to me, so throughout our time together, I’ll send daily updates, photos, and little recordings so you can see how they’re doing and get a glimpse into all the fun we’re having. 🐾❤️ I also take safety very seriously. If your dog needs to ride in my car at any point, I have a doggy seatbelt for my backseat to help keep them secure and comfortable while we’re on the road. And for an extra layer of peace of mind, anytime I need to leave your home with your doggo, they’ll have an AirTag tracker with them. You’ll have access to the tracker during the sit, so you can have that extra reassurance knowing where your pup is while we’re out and about. Safety first, adventures second!

Marisa took amazing care of my two cats! She always made sure they were fed and litter boxes were scooped. She also took a bunch of photos and even left a very sweet handwritten note at the end of her stay. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a great cat sitter!

Schedule
I do work full time but my job offers quite a bit of flexibility with my day. My shifts typically vary day by day anywhere from 7am-10am to 3pm-7pm, Monday thru Friday & with weekends off. My lunch breaks allows me to check on your fam mid-day while I’m away

- I’d love to know as much as you’re willing to share about your baby! The more I know, the better I can make their time with me feel comfortable, familiar, and stress-free. Tell me all about their usual habits and routines, personality, quirks, funny little tendencies, fears, or anxieties. Do they have a favorite sleeping spot, a particular way they like to be petted, or a routine they absolutely insist on sticking to? Please also let me know about any special needs, medications, dietary restrictions, behaviors, or anything else I should be aware of. Even the little things can make a big difference when helping your pet feel comfortable while you’re away. And, of course, I need the important stuff: their favorite treats, toys, games, and activities! 🦴🧸 Whether they live for tennis balls, catnip, belly rubs, chasing squirrels, or being told they’re the most handsome/beautiful baby in the entire world, I’m here for it.
