They treated her like part of their own family, kept us updated with messages and photos, and made sure she felt comfortable and loved throughout her stay. Our cat usually hides from everyone, but she actually came out to get some love from them, which says a lot. Cassandra and Jason made sure she had everything she needed while we were away. We felt totally at ease knowing both of our pets were in such caring hands and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!”

I had some concerns since she’s a bit of a handful at times but he handled her with ease and did a wonderful job at it. We also had some scheduling issues but he worked with us and was extremely helpful. He provided many photos and kept me updated on how she was doing. 10/10 I will be booking with Joel again! 😄”
