This was Hope's first experience boarding, so we were worried about how things will turn out, but Ashley and Carter did a great job, warming up and taking care of Hope. She was very accommodating to our request and was on point on the picture updates and texting us how things were. “My dog Henry is a silver lab and stayed with Casandra 5 nights. I started socializing him and training him as a puppy. He’s not perfect as no dog is but overall I’d say he’s fairly well behaved. I just want to give you an idea of my dogs temperament before giving an honest review. We are very bonded and when I board him he usually gets depressed and doesn’t eat much. This is obviously always a concern but he’s always eaten just enough that it’s never been a serious issue. Still it always worries me. Usually when I take him to the boarder he gets bummed in the parking lot and doesn’t want to go. Now this is a first but when I took him to be dropped off with Casandra he was wagging his tail and excited. I made a mental note of that and felt that was a good sign. Also, usually when I pick him up from the boarder he’s in a weird state that lasts for a couple of days after. However when I picked him up after staying with Casandra he was his normal self just the same as I had dropped him off. He also ate normal while staying with her and he’s never done that when being looked after. I received regular updates and pictures. She also made sure he got his daily supplements. At the end of the day my dog Henry is super important to me and I just want him to be safe and happy which I feel like he was staying with Casandra. I definitely recommend Casandra and will use her again.”

I really appreciate how she is always thinking about what’s best for my dog when in her care. She consistently sends updates, videos, and pictures and I could tell Lua was having a great time. It made me feel so relaxed and comfortable even though I was initially very anxious to leave Lua for so many days. If you feel the same leaving your baby, trust Aimee!
