Hi. My name is Casandra. I have been pet sitting for several years, and I would love to take care of your furry friend! I live in a pet-centric gated condo community in NW Austin with my happy, mid-aged (read: calmer) Australian Shepherd named Cory. All of the younger and mid-aged dogs that I board have a lot of fun playing with Cory (the older ones just enjoy relaxing in Cory’s giant donut bed). My townhouse has a walled courtyard, and there are several large green spaces on the fenced property for dogs to explore. I don’t let dogs off the leash or go to dog parks with dogs that I do not know, for their protection, but I do walk them within the confines of the condo grounds and make sure that they have enough exercise. The health, safety and happiness of your pet is my highest priority! I am reliable and responsible and send updates with photos daily. Your fur baby will be in great hands with me and will have fun as well! I am available full time for pet sitting and am home all day. I am available 7 days a week and work all holidays. It’s best to book in advance for holidays. I screen for aggression in dogs and for dogs who do not get along with other dogs. I will not take dogs who may be a danger to my dog or to my other guests. I crate the dogs if I have to leave for an appointment or errand and am extra careful at the front door so that they do not run out. I prefer that you text me when you are at the gate for drop off and pick up to keep the existing dogs safe and calm.

Thank you to Cassandra for looking after my pup for 6 days while I was away on a work trip. I got updates each day and she was so lovely with him.
Our girl Shya stayed with Casandra for a week while we were on vacation. Casandra was great about updating us on Shya while we were gone & she enjoyed herself. I would board her with Casandra again!

I am home 99% of the time, and keep a close eye on my guests. I crate the dogs when I need to run a quick errand for their safety.

I have crates for time outs, sleeping and for when I need to run errands. The dogs hang out in my living room for play time and napping on an assortment of cozy beds.

Ein typischer Tag
I walk the dogs in my condo community and have toys for them to play with. I have the bones in crates so that there is no resource guarding. Most dogs enjoy playing with Cory and with the other guests and always have fun.
