Many pet sitters may accept cat boarding simply as a job, but Elizabeth genuinely loved and cared for our cats as if they were her own. Our cats are not the easiest to look after, two of them require medication and the third one is quite naughty, but she handled everything with so much patience and care. She was even able to successfully give them their medication, which is not an easy task. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such kind and capable hands. We used Taylor for the first time this past week, and our Marley had a great stay. Taylor was so gracious to do a quick meet-and-greet before Marley's first night's stay to see if Marley would take to her (our Marley could be shy and picky), and she did! What a great experience! Paul and Karina were quick to get back to me on proposed boarding dates and a meet and greet. Throughout the stay they sent a ton on pictures and kept me updated which made me feel at ease. Marnie had so much fun with all the other dogs. Would definitely use again!
Cameron was great with my Tux. The first night he sent me a photo of my pup and I could immediately tell he was comfortable staying with Cameron. I received photos of Tux while I was away which made me feel very comfortable knowing Tux was in good hands. When I went to pick up Tux from Cameron’s place it almost seemed as if Tux didn’t want to leave his place! That’s how I knew Tux enjoyed his stay. Thanks Cameron!
Lisa took amazing care of our two dogs, we felt so comfortable being away knowing they were in such good hands! She really went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and safe.
