About: I was raised around dogs and have cared for them for my whole life. Since adopting my Australian Cattle Dog ten years ago, I've done it all with pet care; training, daily exercise, dietary and health concerns. Now I'm ready to show your best friend the same care, attention, and love that I show to my own! I'm currently a graduate student at St. Edward's University studying mental health counseling, so I am looking to care for pets around my academic schedule. I currently only have class on Tuesday and Wednesday and so am very flexible on any other day of the week. I bring warmth, calm, and attention to every animal that I meet, and treat everyone's home and space with the utmost respect. I will follow all instructions to the word and bring my attention to detail to your pets' unique needs.

About: Experience with needy and independent dogs. Have trained friends’ and family members’ dogs to be chill, casual guys, gals, and pals. Have cared for dogs ranging from 5 months to 11 years old. I have a flexible schedule and live an active life. I don’t have any pets of my own (yet) so I like to combine my passions of furry friends and adventure whenever I get the chance. This often looks like taking dogs with me for a run, out to the greenbelt for a hike, or walking to a new coffee shop to get a pup cup. I like to end my days in a quiet, cozy environment with lots of dog cuddles! I am able to stay at clients’ homes to provide overnight care, stop by do check ins, or take dogs on walks. About: I am a previous foster through APA! and dog walker volunteer at Austin Animal Center. I successfully placed 13 foster dogs and puppies into their forever homes. It is amazing watching them blossom into their personalities and excel at their training. I am a responsible, experienced pet walker / sitter, and have pet sat for several friends' dogs and with Rover over the last few years. I took a break from Rover as I got my own dog and transitioned back to in office work. However, my schedule is now flexible enough to accommodate drop in visits and dog walks. My dog is very friendly so I am also open to boarding requests for specific dog / apartment friendly pups! I ensure the highest safety of my animals, and encourage the use of harnesses on walks if they are strong pullers to prevent them from breaking out of their collars. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes - ranging from 10 week old puppies, to 100 lb dogs, to dogs with disabilities (I have previously cared for dogs who were blind, paralyzed, etc.) I am patient, fun, and enjoy spending time with all pups! In my free time, I enjoy walking, the trail downtown, hiking, and spending time with friends. I work in Tech Supply Chain. It’s an in person hybrid role, but I can usually accommodate walks and drop in visits in advance. I am also free mornings, evenings, and weekends. I live in a very dog friendly apartment complex. My home is spacious with a balcony that pups love to lay on and watch people and dogs pass below. I have a 3 year old dog friendly pup who loves to play.

About: I grew up with many animals in the home and have experience sitting cats and dogs of all ages, personalities and sizes. I truly enjoy animals and hope to give your pet all the love they deserve. I work completely remote and can work anywhere. This makes it easy to so ensure your pet has the support they need. I am quite active and would be willing to walk or run with any dogs. I have plenty of space for your pet to play and will work remotely to keep an eye on them the entire time if necessary.

About: When I was an assistant in a sales office a coworker asked if ever considered pet/house sitting. She knew I was neat, organized, responsible, honest, respectful, and loved dogs. She needed help, so I helped. That simple agreement was the first step on my road to watching dogs, cats, and houses. I initially came to sitting unwittingly but I’ve stayed with it wholeheartedly. Pets bring love, joy, and companionship. So I think it’s only fair that I give them big snuggly hugs and sing silly songs, in return. They are family members that rely on their humans to fulfill their needs. When the family needs help, I smoothly step in to walk, feed, sit, and care for the fur babies. Currently, as I am between jobs, my schedule allows for flexibility in my daily and weekly schedules. Experimenting to see if this can be a full time gig. When caring for pets in a clients home, I respect and follow the client instructions. I prefer staying at the client’s home because I believe it’s best to keep the pet comfortable in their own environment. Unfortunately, at this time boarding option is not available but maybe in the future.
