About: I grew up with multiple dogs all my life. I have experience training sight-guide dogs. I have pet sat for dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds before. I currently work 5 days a week Sunday-Thursday from 2-10pm, so on those days so your pet will have about 8 hours alone **with the exception that Wednesdays I work 9 hours**. After work and the weekends, I love taking pets out on walk/doing enrichment in the home when I am with them! I live on a second floor apartment so your pet will need to be able to go up and down stairs. I have 1 bedroom with a good amount of space and sun spots for them to play and lay out.
“Amelia is great! She’s been prompt and great, we had some issues with the building elevator etc and was ready to accommodate and make sure my pup was taken care of. I couldn’t recommend her more, she’s been great and I look forward to rebooking with her in the future 🙂”

About: Dogs and cats have been beloved members of my family since I was a child. I enjoy being outside and am mindful/respectful of Texas heat. Most days I enjoy a walk and it would be great to have a fur-baby companion. I have a flexible schedule and many times am available on short notice. I make sure dogs are comfort with me before moving forward. Trust must be built with respect and patience. The response of the animal communicates their level of trust.
“John came through last minute when I came down with a bad cold, he was so kind to myself and Juno & took her on a nice long walk twice, the same day. I definitely recommend John!”

About: I have been around pets my whole life, but I’ve been taking care of them on my own for about 2 years. I also have personal experience owning a dog, a cat and two guinea pigs. I have cared for pets of all ages from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets that need extra attention. Every pet I have taken care of has always been in good hands I’m a college student in the AFROTC program at UT Austin. My weekdays can get pretty busy with classes, but Mondays and Fridays I’m mostly free. I also have some breaks between classes Tuesday through Thursday where I can stop by for pet care. Fridays and weekends are usually wide open, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they need I don’t bring pets into my own home, but I make sure they’re comfortable and cared for in their own space. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, keep up with feeding and walks, give them playtime and attention, and make sure they feel safe while you’re away.
“Paige is great! She always communicates her arrival time and shares photos and updates from the walk. My dog always comes back a bit worn out and very happy. He is always waiting at the door and excited to see Paige.”

“Natalie did a great job walking my GSD Jansen. I got photos and updates. She was very considerate and good with communication. I will definitely book with her again.”

About: I had an older dog for four years that I love to take care of. I am flexible with the activity levels of your pets. I work remotely. My job is flexible, so I work from my home or somewhere else. I also am flexible on weekends for pet care. My complex is in a safe area and has an accessible walking trail. I have reliable transportation to get me to and from client’s home.
About: I've had dogs/pets in the home since I was 5! I was the go-to neighbor for pet-sitting and dog-walking and I'm reliable and friendly. I'm also a plant-lover and am happy to take care of plants as needed during house-sitting. I'm thorough in following your instructions and specifications for your pet and home. Looking forward to hearing from you! I'm currently working from home a few days, so I have the ability to work in any setting! I can stay with your pet in your home to make sure everything is safe and sound. I'm also a plant lover and am happy to water plants, take in mail/packages, and whatever other small tasks you might want help with. I love going on walks (or runs) around the neighborhood to get your pup's energy out! I'm happy to take him/her to the many trails Austin has to offer or just chill at home if they're more laid back. I also have several doggy puzzles/toys/enrichment activities to expend mental energy and keep dogs entertained in the Texas heat!
About: I've always had dogs in my life. I grew up with smaller dogs in my family, but when I moved off to college I didn't have as much time around them. It honestly took a minor toll on my mental health, because I actually believe dogs are the key to happiness. Once I moved to Arlington and my roommate had a dog (a medium sized), I knew I needed to surround myself with more. And what better way to get to know the community than to take care of the most important part of it! Working remotely gives me the incredible flexibility to make pet care a seamless part of my day. While I work a standard 9-to-5 schedule, my job allows me to easily step away from my desk whenever needed. Whether that means taking your dog out for a mid-day potty break, going on an afternoon walk to burn off some energy, or giving a cat some quality cuddle time, I can accommodate your pet’s exact routine without delay. When I take on a pet sitting commitment, that work becomes my top priority. My flexible remote setup means I’m present, attentive, and available throughout the day - giving your pets the companionship and supervision they need so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away. Whether I’m hosting your pet at my home or caring for them in yours, safety and trust are my top priorities. My own space is fully pet-proofed, safe, and secure for hosting, while in your home, I treat your property with absolute respect, adhering strictly to your house rules, routine, and security preferences. On walks and during yard play, I stay 100% focused on your pet - maintaining a secure grip on the leash, monitoring weather and pavement conditions, and actively avoiding potential hazards or unfamiliar dogs. Building trust starts with clear, reliable communication. I make a point to send frequent updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. From double-checking fence latches to keeping strict safety routines, I take every precaution to give you complete peace of mind while you're away.
About: I've been caring for pets for over 11 years and have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their beloved pets while they're away. I truly love spending time with animals, whether that means going on long walks, playing fetch, staying active outdoors, or simply cuddling on the couch after a fun day. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while giving owners complete peace of mind. I treat every pet like they're my own and always strive to make sure they're living their very best life! I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to give your pet the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. I'm able to commute and am always excited for an outing to meet a new pup! Whether your dog needs a walk, drop-in visit, overnight care, or some extra playtime during the day, I'm happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible. I love staying active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy fitting into my daily routine. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. My home has a fully fenced yard with plenty of space for dogs to run, play, explore, or simply relax outdoors. While we do have a pool, all outdoor time is supervised to ensure your pet stays safe and comfortable. I also live in a wonderful community with walking trails and sidewalk paths that are perfect for long walks and exercise. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I'll treat them like family and make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and care throughout their stay.
About: Animals have been a huge part of my life since I got my first dog at six years old, and today my three cats happily run the household. Friends know me as the person who ends up spending more time with the pets than the people, usually on the floor doing what we jokingly call "pet yoga" with whichever dog or cat wants to join. I have a special soft spot for rescue animals, senior pets, and those who need a little extra patience and understanding. I've supported local rescue organizations for years and even helped transport animals for Austin Pets Alive during the Texas floods. Whether your pet wants adventure, playtime, cuddles, or simply a calm companion, my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I’m a real estate agent so my schedule is flexible! I’m an early riser and as a life long Texan, I don’t mind the middle of the day summer heat. Having worked with rescue animals and senior pets, I'm comfortable moving at each animal's pace and paying attention to the little details that help them feel secure and stress-free.
About: Dogs (all animals, really) make life better. I work from home and have two fur babies of my own: Ruta & Edwin. Ruta is a 10 year old gentle giant who has had severe allergies & idiopathic epilepsy since he was a puppy. Because he's needed extra TLC his whole life, I'm very experienced in administering meds, double checking food labels/avoiding allergens, making frequent vet visits, and giving extra long cuddles. My boy Edwin (mini Aussie) is a rescue that does not like other animal friends but with lots of patience, training, and established boundaries, my partner and I have been able to safely integrate our boys so we're one, somewhat-socially-distant pack. Edwin goes to the office during the week to supervise his dad. Ruta and I have the house to ourselves and would love to have your dogs over for playtime/doggie daycare. I work from home full time with my two pups Ruta and Edwin. If you need me to housesit, my partner is able to check in on our boys and I can be with your pets all day (with a few breaks for errands, walks, etc.) Housesitting: I'm able to stay with your pup during the day as long as I have access to reliable high-speed internet for work. Happy to incorporate overnights if needed. What I'd like to know about your pet Everything. What's their routine? Are they friendly? What do they like/not like? What are they like on leash? Housesitting The more info you can share on routine, the better. I try to be flexible and accommodate pets so they feel comfortable and relaxed even with their favorite people away. I typically spend most of the day at your home but will leave to run errands, workout, and grab food. Your pup won't ever be left alone for more than a few hours at a time if I do leave the house during the day. Overnights are dependent on request and pet needs.
About: I have had a pug for 11 years. She is awesome. I am also an ex-collegiate athlete and would take my trainers rhodesian ridgeback on walks/runs every morning. I am an early riser and often go on walks or runs already. My pug is currently at home in florida while I am in college. I miss my dog and I really want to be around dogs and other animals. I have a fenced in yard and leash walk my little tot. We also have a lot of land behind us so I will run outside with the pug often.
About: Hi! I’m Colton! I have grown up with dogs my whole life & understand the care & needs they have. I am high energy and super fit which will be great for offering your dog the experience they need to be happy in my care. It’s been a while since I was active on River but I’m excited to be back My schedule is flexible and I can figure out how to be available to all of your needs! If need be, I can even work remote some days. I care for animals in a way that is different than many others. They deserve respect just as much as humans do and I am here to offer that respect along with making sure they behave & follow any expectations given by the owner/s
