About: I love all pets and can walk, feed, bathe, and love on every type of furry friend. Complicated diets or restrictions are not an issue I am currently a college student who I living at home! My days include the gym and occasionally working as a tutor. If there are ever any complications with timing that will be communicated with you! I have a 4 year old pup who loves to chill and have company! My home is a two story with a backyard and a courtyard and my neighborhood has a spacious field to play in!

About: I’ve spent my whole life around all kinds of animals and can’t imagine my life without them! I’ve also spent a lot of time volunteering in kennels and shelters so I have lots of experience with both dogs and cats. I work early mornings and am usually off by 1 pm at the latest so I have lots of time to walk take your dogs for long walks I live in an apartment so my dog gets to go for lots of walks through the day and at least once a week a trip to the dog park.

About: I spent more than a decade loving a very large, very opinionated German Shepherd named Ruta through epilepsy, severe allergies, endless medication schedules, and his senior years, so “high-maintenance” pets don’t scare me. I tend to love them even harder. These days I’m supervised by Edwin, my mini Aussie rescue, who has strong opinions about other dogs, delivery trucks, and apparently several completely innocent squirrels. Living with him has made me very comfortable with boundaries, reactivity, slow introductions, and the fact that not every dog wants to be everybody’s friend. I’m also the person who genuinely wants the six-paragraph document explaining exactly how your dog likes breakfast. Give me the quirks, the routines, the medications, the weird little rules, the favorite toy, the thing they absolutely will not do unless you ask them in a very specific way. I want to know all of it. Basically: I take your pet seriously without taking myself too seriously. And yes, I will probably send you too many pictures. My schedule is pretty flexible, which means I can usually work around your pet’s normal routine. Walks, meals, potty breaks, meds, couch hangs; tell me what they’re used to and I’ll do my best to keep things consistent. Tell me everything. What’s their routine? What makes them nervous? Are they an escape artist? A sock eater? Do they lose their mind when a skateboard goes by? How are they on leash? I’m big on respecting a pet’s boundaries and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’d much rather know about a quirk or trigger ahead of time than be surprised by it later.

About: Hi there! I'm Janet and finally back on Rover! I work from home and love being outdoors. I've been the go-to sitter for my friends and family members' pets for years and love all dogs and cats and pets generally. I have a 12-y-o rescue who loves other dogs, and I regularly care for dogs with special needs, high activity levels, and more. Because I work from home, I take lots of breaks to play with dog in the backyard. We go on long walks in the morning and evening and have a consistent, reliable (boring?) schedule in the evenings. I love to pet, play with, and engage your dog on their own terms. If your pup wants space, that's ok too! I live in a house with a fenced backyard, and I also have a calm and dog-friendly (non-reactive) mixed breed rescue who makes other dogs feel welcome. I feed and provide snacks and medications following your instructions and have space to crate a dog indoors (though I do not own a crate).

About: I've never met a dog or cat I can't win over. I meet them at their pace, never pushing unwanted interaction onto them. I have volunteered and fostered for multiple shelters. I have experience administering medicine, grooming, and bathing. Currently working part-time, so I'm relatively free to look after pets. I am also a morning person, and I don't mind getting up early to check in on and walk someone's baby, especially with how hot it is right now.
