About: I’ve taken care of my neighbor’s senior dogs for the past 5 years and have raised a puppy and a kitten of my own. I love all animals and have taken care of reptiles, 7 cats at once, birds, fish, bugs, and plants! I’m here to ensure that your space is just as you left it and your pet is happy. Also, I love to take silly pictures of your pet and will happily send them to you. I’m a full time college student that also works part time. I’m a multi-tasker by nature, so it’s likely I will be listening to lectures while I play fetch with your pet’s favorite toy. You will never be worried that your dog is lonely because I will stay and hang. My schedule is different every day, but consistent weekly. I’ve had my lizard Hazel since 8th grade (a long time). To keep a lizard that long takes a certain amount of consistency and respect for animals that I’ve seen others struggle with. I will be diligent in ensuring that your pet is healthy and happy in your home.

I have experience administering medicine, grooming, and bathing. Currently working part-time, so I'm relatively free to look after pets. I am also a morning person, and I don't mind getting up early to check in on and walk someone's baby, especially with how hot it is right now. About: I've absolutely loved dogs since before I can remember! I've had 3 sweet pups throughout my life, spent plenty of time volunteering at animal shelters and currently have a very lovable and sweet golden-retriever as a roommate. I've been dog sitting for families, friends and neighbors since I was 10, and as a recent college graduate missing my family dogs at home, I've been loving the opportunity to stay and hang out with other people's furry friends. I currently work from home, so I'm available to spend lots of quality time with them every day of the week! As an avid runner/walker myself, I'd be more than happy to bring an extra friend along on walks or simply let them out to play if they need to expel some energy or enjoy the sunshine. I'm new to Rover but would love to help you out with your furry friend whenever and however you need it :) I currently work from home every day except Thursdays, so I have all the time in the world to spend with your pup! I'm available for dog walking, drop-in visits or in-house sitting every day of the week (as long as they're able to go a couple of hours by themselves on Thurs). I typically start work at 8am so extra points if they're a morning dog. Every dog is different so I adjust to what they need most! Fast walks, slow walks, lots of stimulation, none at all, calm environment, quiet environment... I can do it all.

About: I'm an experienced pet owner and sitter. I love both cats and dogs to death and would do anything to spend a little time with them! I've raised three cats from kittens and am comfortable with the disgusting ins and outs of pet caretaking, including vomit, hairballs, and unsightly poop textures! I really don't mind getting my hands dirty. I even volunteer at cat shelters, and was recently named volunteer of the month at the Stray Cat Alliance. In terms of pet care, I'm a graduate student so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to make sure your pet gets the care they need. With indoor cats, I really try to prioritize stimulation through playtime (if they're comfortable). I'm comfortable delivering medicine to cats orally and am pretty experienced in reading cat body language (if they want more or less attention, if they're not feeling well, etc). I'm also taking on these pet jobs primarily because I really like spending time with cats and dogs, so I really look forward to just hanging with them, if that's what they want. Drop in visits: For a drop in visit, what I'll typically do is change out litter (once a day), feed the kitty, and hang out / snuggle / play for the remainder of the time (30 minutes to an hour). You'll get picture updates each time I drop in. Drop-in visits will be timed so that the cat is alone for the least amount of time possible between visits! I'm very easy to reach throughout the day so will be available for questions / concerns about your pet while you're away. I'm a graduate student so I have plenty of time to care for your pets, whether that means housesitting or dropping by to check in on them while you're at work or on a trip. Throughout the rest of this year, I'm available anytime during the week except for some short periods during the day on Mondays and Wednesdays. I like to think I'm a trustworthy and dependable person to have in your home for catcare! I'm a pretty thorough person as well, so anything you tell me about specifics of caring for your cat within your home, I'll take care to abide by.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I had a black miniature schnauzer and my grandma had a very small Yorkshire Terrier. I always took them for walks, fed them, bathed them and also cared for my neighbors and friend’s dogs. This summer I’m staying in Austin with occasional visits to Houston (my hometown). My address changes between both cities and sometimes I forget to change it but just shoot me a message to check where I’m at! Over previous years I went back to Houston and I watched 10 dogs throughout that time and it was such a great experience seeing how different breeds act. Since I’m going to The University of Texas at Austin, I’ll be at home most of the time, studying, or going to class and some events, so I have time to take care of your dogs or cats. I’ll be available to take for walks, exercise, play and feed daily. Right now I’m babysitting and teaching occasionally but during the Summer I will have a job, still looking for something! I make sure to give your pets attention and love so that they feel good. I can drive to your home or you can drop them off/stay in my home.
