About: I love all pets and can walk, feed, bathe, and love on every type of furry friend. Complicated diets or restrictions are not an issue I am currently a college student who I living at home! My days include the gym and occasionally working as a tutor. If there are ever any complications with timing that will be communicated with you! I have a 4 year old pup who loves to chill and have company! My home is a two story with a backyard and a courtyard and my neighborhood has a spacious field to play in!

About: I spent more than a decade loving a very large, very opinionated German Shepherd named Ruta through epilepsy, severe allergies, endless medication schedules, and his senior years, so “high-maintenance” pets don’t scare me. I tend to love them even harder. These days I’m supervised by Edwin, my mini Aussie rescue, who has strong opinions about other dogs, delivery trucks, and apparently several completely innocent squirrels. Living with him has made me very comfortable with boundaries, reactivity, slow introductions, and the fact that not every dog wants to be everybody’s friend. I’m also the person who genuinely wants the six-paragraph document explaining exactly how your dog likes breakfast. Give me the quirks, the routines, the medications, the weird little rules, the favorite toy, the thing they absolutely will not do unless you ask them in a very specific way. I want to know all of it. Basically: I take your pet seriously without taking myself too seriously. And yes, I will probably send you too many pictures. My schedule is pretty flexible, which means I can usually work around your pet’s normal routine. Walks, meals, potty breaks, meds, couch hangs; tell me what they’re used to and I’ll do my best to keep things consistent. Tell me everything. What’s their routine? What makes them nervous? Are they an escape artist? A sock eater? Do they lose their mind when a skateboard goes by? How are they on leash? I’m big on respecting a pet’s boundaries and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’d much rather know about a quirk or trigger ahead of time than be surprised by it later.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats my whole life! Not only have I had pets of my own, but I've helped out family with theirs! I love an opportunity to spend time with animals (especially since I don't currently have any of my own!). About: I’ve spent my whole life around all kinds of animals and can’t imagine my life without them! I’ve also spent a lot of time volunteering in kennels and shelters so I have lots of experience with both dogs and cats. I work early mornings and am usually off by 1 pm at the latest so I have lots of time to walk take your dogs for long walks I live in an apartment so my dog gets to go for lots of walks through the day and at least once a week a trip to the dog park.

About: Experience: -Pet parent of 17 years -Volunteer at EveryDog training -Pursuing re-certification in Pet CPR & First Aid -Experience with elderly dogs, puppies, and giving medication(s) I work P/T at Starbucks, so I’m available throughout the week for drop in visits or walks. I am available for recurring clients as needed. I follow instructions left by pet parents. They are the expert(s) on their furry family member(s). It is my responsibility to care for them and make sure they have a great visit while their family is away. I set up a meeting with potential clients for a meet and greet with their pet in advance to make sure we are a good fit.

About: I have a wealth of experience in pet care, primarily dogs, from my own pets to volunteer and foster experience with Austin Pets Alive. For younger pups, training and repetition is absolutely key to making those teenagers thrive! I have always trained my own dogs and have worked with APA's certified trainers to build my knowledge and understanding of dog behavior to work with shelter and rescue dogs find the comfort in routine. I also have experience in senior dog and high medical needs dogs from both personal and volunteer experience. Meds, IVs, blood glucose checks, you name it and I have probably done it with a pet. My goal for your higher need dog is always ensuring they feel safe and comfortable, especially if that means taking 30+ minutes because they showed that they needed more time. I have handled dogs of all sizes and all kinds of behaviors so nothing is too big or small, too shy or excitable for me. I'm currently a college student who's simply looking to work on my own schedule that a typical job can't provide currently! Being able to walk or hang out with your pet while listening to my required readings or otherwise studying sounds like a perfect fit for me! As a pet parent, I fully understand how nerve wracking it can be to trust someone else with your pet. That's why transparency is my biggest priority, through text and photo check ins so you don't have my word for it but visual evidence of what we're doing. For daycare at my home, I have my own 7 month old puppy and plenty of nearby parks to walk around in that I would love to take both our pups on! For care at your home, whether you're in an apartment or have your own backyard, walks and sniffaris are an essential part of me caring for them! Its not just about the exercise but the mental enrichment as well!
