He’s very knowledgeable and cares deeply for cats, dogs, etc. I’ve had Chris take care of my two cats for about a week while I was on vacation and he was great at following instructions and taking care of my cats (feeding, playing, cleaning, etc.). He's very communicative and I had no problem reaching out to him and answer any questions that arose. I have a hard time trusting people with taking care of my cats in general due to anxiety, but Chris has proven that I can put my trust in him for future requests. She has helped us via short trips and trips over two weeks. She is dependable and loves on our two giant schnauzers and baby poodle. Our schnauzers require alot of activity and attention. Marlena walks them, plays with them, feeds them and gives medication as needed. She does this without neglecting our baby poodle. She loves and entertains them all and we feel 100% safe and comfortable leaving our fur babies in her care. She sends us photos and when we get home they are tired. About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life—dogs, cats, and even the occasional hamster! Growing up with a household of about seven pets (which we lovingly called "the zoo"), I've had experience with everything from tiny puppies to big, energetic dogs, and I love them all equally. I've had the privilege of whelping puppies and caring for other people's pets, including house sitting and dog walking. I thrive on spending quality time with each dog I care for, whether that means taking them on a fun joy ride, going for a run, or just hanging out and giving belly rubs in the comfort of air conditioning. I pretty much only have weekend availability currently. My weekly schedule changes frequently so it would be hard to pin down availability during the week. I usually will ask for a list of comforts that your dog or cat has in order to feel as comfortable with me around. Growing up helping puppies we used to give each dog a cut of blanket we used for the litter so they could have something that smelled like their mother and siblings.

About: My husband and I have had pets our whole lives. We love dogs. We only watch Retrievers in our home (Golden and Labradors). We live in north central Austin close to a great dog park. Your dog will be treated like one of our own pets. Spoiled to the core. I work part-time and my husband does volunteer work but someone is home almost all of the time. Our day begins with a morning walk and the evening includes a trip to the nearby dog park. We are also available to come to your house to walk your pets or take care of them in your home. We have a large fenced-in backyard. Our dog, Banks, is 18 month old and loves to play ball. Dogs are free to roam our house. We are also available to walk dogs and care for pets in the owners home. We build trust with sharing treats and affection.
