I work Monday through Friday, which means I am primarily available in the evenings and on weekends. I offer dog walks and drop-in visits after work on weekdays, as well as more flexible availability on weekends for walks, visits, and house sitting. When house sitting, I ensure pets receive attentive care and maintain their normal routines outside of my working hours. I carefully manage my schedule to remain dependable and punctual, ensuring each pet receives the time, attention, and quality care they deserve. I am committed to providing a safe, reliable, and low-stress environment for every pet in my care. Whether I am dog walking or house sitting, I prioritize each pet’s well-being while maintaining the highest level of respect for my client’s home. During dog walks, I ensure all pets are securely leashed and handled with care at all times. I remain attentive to the surrounding environment to avoid potential hazards and tailor each walk to the dog’s age, temperament, and activity level. I also monitor for signs of fatigue or discomfort and ensure pets return home safely and comfortably. For house sitting, I follow each pet’s established routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, and any special care instructions. Maintaining consistency helps minimize stress and keeps pets comfortable in their familiar environment. I also ensure the home remains clean, secure, and well cared for throughout my stay. Communication is a key part of my service. I provide regular updates, including photos and status reports, so clients can feel confident and reassured while they are away. My goal is to deliver dependable, attentive care while creating a safe and positive experience for both pets and their owners.

About: I spent more than a decade loving a very large, very opinionated German Shepherd named Ruta through epilepsy, severe allergies, endless medication schedules, and his senior years, so “high-maintenance” pets don’t scare me. I tend to love them even harder. These days I’m supervised by Edwin, my mini Aussie rescue, who has strong opinions about other dogs, delivery trucks, and apparently several completely innocent squirrels. Living with him has made me very comfortable with boundaries, reactivity, slow introductions, and the fact that not every dog wants to be everybody’s friend. I’m also the person who genuinely wants the six-paragraph document explaining exactly how your dog likes breakfast. Give me the quirks, the routines, the medications, the weird little rules, the favorite toy, the thing they absolutely will not do unless you ask them in a very specific way. I want to know all of it. Basically: I take your pet seriously without taking myself too seriously. And yes, I will probably send you too many pictures. My schedule is pretty flexible, which means I can usually work around your pet’s normal routine. Walks, meals, potty breaks, meds, couch hangs; tell me what they’re used to and I’ll do my best to keep things consistent. Tell me everything. What’s their routine? What makes them nervous? Are they an escape artist? A sock eater? Do they lose their mind when a skateboard goes by? How are they on leash? I’m big on respecting a pet’s boundaries and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’d much rather know about a quirk or trigger ahead of time than be surprised by it later.
