She was kind, communicative, and genuinely seemed to care about my cats, which I really appreciated. I felt comfortable knowing they were being checked on, and the basic tasks like monitoring their water, food, and litter box were completed. That said, attention to detail was an issue. I left detailed written instructions, and the most important one was making sure Olivia received her medication once a day. Unfortunately, both doses were missed during the two days I was away, which was disappointing because it was the highest-priority task. I also noticed that additional food was added even when there was already enough in the bowls. My cats prefer fresh food and tend not to eat it once it has accumulated, it was not specified but adding more food was also not part of the instructions. I believe this was more a matter of missing details than a lack of care. She clearly seemed to have good intentions and was kind to my pets. For future bookings, I would recommend carefully reviewing and following all written instructions, especially when medication or other critical care is involved.
