“I was in a bind and had to book last minute, and Olivia saved the day! She was so responsive and punctual each day, and she was so great with my dog (who is only 8 mo and can be a little crazy). Will certainly rebook with Olivia in the future. Thank you!”

“Marisa was wonderful!! She was super dependable and communicative! I forgot to leave her a key and had to pivot plans, but she handled it with such ease, I was very impressed. I would definitely hire her again!!”

“Super reliable and easy to work with! Followed all instructions, was punctual, kept me updated, respectful of my home. Came home to a happy cat, will definitely reach out to Michael again. Thank you!”

“William was absolutely wonderful with our cats. Usually every time we travel I spend the whole trip worrying and missing them, but this time we felt completely at peace. He sent us so many pictures and updates, and it was obvious how happy and comfortable our cats were with him. They truly loved him, and that meant so much to us. We are so glad we found William, and even happier that he’ll be available again for our next trip. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our cats will be with someone familiar, caring, and trustworthy. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.”

“Sierra did a great job taking care of my cat while I was out of town. We got lots of pictures of him playing and getting treats and pets. I will definitely be booking with Sierra again!”

About: I’ve cared for a wide range of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, fish, and small animals like guinea pigs. I have hands-on experience with dogs at every stage of life—from raising my own dog from 8 weeks old to caring for senior dogs with more specialized needs. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy working with high-energy dogs, making sure they get the exercise, stimulation, and attention they need throughout the day. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to stay present, maintain routines, and give pets consistent care rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I also prioritize clear communication and provide regular updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you’re away. Pet care is something I intentionally structure my day around, not something I fit in when I have time. Since I work remotely, I’m home and available throughout the day, which allows for consistent walks, playtime, and attention instead of long gaps alone. I live in a large home with a fully fenced yard, so dogs have safe, easy access to the outdoors for breaks and fresh air. I still make sure they get proper walks and activity based on their energy level—it’s not just yard time. I adjust my schedule to match each pet’s routine—whether that’s higher activity and stimulation or a calmer, more predictable pace—and focus on keeping their day consistent and low-stress. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, structured, and low-stress environment. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to—feeding schedules, walks, and downtime—so the transition feels as natural as possible. Dogs have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor breaks, along with regular walks and playtime based on their energy level. I’m home throughout the day, so they receive consistent supervision and attention rather than being left alone for long periods. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine and environment. I follow all instructions closely—feeding, walks, medications if needed—and make sure the pet stays comfortable in their familiar space. I’m respectful of the home, keep things clean, and provide regular updates so owners know how their pet is doing. In both settings, I focus on being attentive, reliable, and responsive to each pet’s individual needs.
“Loving, Patient + Amazing Pet Sitter – Highly Recommend! We were so lucky to find Payton; she is the best! We couldn’t be more pleased with the care Payton provided for our 2 high-maintenance dogs. She provided us tons of updates and adorable pictures during her visit. We will definitely be booking Payton again in the future! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter. Thanks again, The Miller Fam”

About: I have been surrounded by animals and family responsibilities my entire life, and caring for others is a core part of who I am. Growing up in a busy, dedicated pet-owning family, I spent years helping look after my little sister and raising three different dogs across all life stages. My first childhood dog, Fonzie, sparked my deep bond with animals early on. Later, our second family dog, Crembo, was my constant companion from the time I was seven years old until she passed away fifteen years later. Caring for her throughout her senior years gave me immense, hands-on experience handling aging pets and maintaining gentle, patient daily routines. Today, our family dog Kiwi has been a huge part of my life since I was sixteen, keeping me fully dialed into the daily energy, habits, and exercise needs of active pets. In addition to dogs, my family has also kept fish tanks my entire life, giving me a lifelong familiarity with maintaining basic aquarium care. Beyond my own family, I have a proven track record of independent responsibility when looking after other people's homes and pets, including a wide variety of dogs, cats, and fish. For nearly three years during high school, a neighbor hired me to care for her dog, Splenda, almost every single day after school. I managed her afternoon routine for an hour or two daily, ensuring she got her exercise, fresh water, and companionship before her owner returned from work. This long-term commitment taught me the absolute importance of punctuality and consistency in an animal's life. Over the years, I have regularly house-sat and pet-sat for various people, which includes managing feeding schedules and daily care specifically for a close family friend's cat over many successful stays. These experiences often involved staying at properties entirely alone overnight or managing them independently during the day. Because of this, I am highly adaptable to different home security systems, household rules, and unique pet personalities. My background working as a camp counselor and professional bartender also adds a strong layer to my reliability. I am deeply accustomed to high-trust environments, handling unexpected situations with a cool head, and maintaining strict organizational standards. Working in hospitality means I am naturally obsessed with cleanliness and organization, closing down spaces spotlessly, and keeping environments completely neat and tidy. I am fully accustomed to managing daily household chores and handling a property responsibly while owners are away, treating every home with the exact same respect I give my own. I recently relocated to Austin and I'm in the process of picking up part-time bartending shifts, which works out well for both of us — I get the time, and your pet gets someone who's actually around. I've got a sweet dog, Kiwi, back home, and I've missed having that kind of company since moving, so I'd love having a pet around again. My schedule is wide open — I'm available every day, any time, including weekends. Most of my days are spent job hunting, settling into the city, and just being around the house, so I'm home and available a lot, not squeezing visits in between other things. If your pet wants extra walks, more playtime, or just someone hanging around keeping them company, I'm happy to make that part of my day. I treat every client's home and pets the way I'd want mine treated. Since I only provide care in your home (house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking), my focus is making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own space, and that your home is exactly how you left it when you get back. Household Security & Care: I'll double-check doors and gates, make sure the alarm's set, bring in mail or packages, and keep things clean and tidy the whole time I'm there, like you never left. Safety on Walks: Dogs stay securely leashed, and I keep an eye out for other dogs, traffic, and Texas heat on the pavement. I'm also a bigger guy, so if your dog's a puller, gets nervous in busy spots and needs to be held close, or just needs a lift now and then, even a big dog, that's genuinely no trouble for me. Routine & Health Monitoring: I'll stick to your exact feeding, medication, and exercise routine, and I pay attention to how they're acting, eating, and moving so I notice early if something feels off. Communication: You'll get daily photos, a quick note on how walks and meals went, and a fast reply whenever you reach out, so you're not left wondering how things are going.
“We had a great experience entrusting Nina with our pets! She was great with our older cat and dog and based on the photos we received from her, they seemed to be big fans as well. She was helpful with dispensing medication and brought in a couple of packages for us, too. We absolutely plan to rebook with Nina!”

“I found Christopher on Rover at the last minute to help with 3 visits. One of our dogs is a rescue that we’ve had less than a week; he’s being crated and I was unable to get away from work. Christopher came to my house after I messaged him and met everyone. He was kind and competent and I knew the dogs would be in good hands. He did a great job—he was on time for his visits, and sent me pictures and messages. It was such a relief to me to know that my dogs were well-cared for. I will use him again for sure!!!”

Per usual, Michael did an amazing job caring for our cats while we were away! He was incredibly caring, attentive, reliable, and kept us updated every step of the way. He also did a fantastic job managing our senior cats’ feeding and medication needs, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our cats absolutely love him, and so do we! We will definitely book Michael again and highly recommend him! ❤️ 🐾

Joan was the absolute sweetest when caring my girl Toothless. She was so communicative, thorough, and paid so much attention to detail when I wasn’t able to on this busy trip away. I love how she would include some many pictures from the check in and was very descriptive about each visit. I could not recommend her more to care for your pets!

Melissa was amazing with our cat, Jax! We were away for five days, and she truly went above and beyond. She spent plenty of time with him, made sure he got all his energy out with lots of playtime. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was getting plenty of attention and was in such good hands while we were gone. We would absolutely recommend Melissa and will definitely be hiring her again!
