About: I’ve had dogs my whole life! I am originally from Philadelphia, where I had a dog my whole life. Since I moved to Austin, I have been Rovering for over 20 different families and 80 different dogs! I love them all and have the reviews to prove it! I am looking forward to meeting you and your pup(s) I would love to walk dogs during the weekend before 3. During the week I can walk dogs prior to work(starts at 8 am) or after work at 4 pm. I would prefer to watch dogs at clients homes. Though I have a dog safe space I think it would be better for the dog to get used to me in its own environment

About: In high school I briefly volunteered at Keller HSNT and then pivoted to volunteering at a no-kill, nonprofit animal shelter called Operation Kindness where I was trained to properly look after both dogs and cats! I volunteered there for several years and I was able to walk the dogs there too, learning how to provide them a calm walk and to deescalate their stress in response to their environment. Additionally, I have my own two sweet dogs back home and I always take them on long walks and adore caring for them. Since they’re my family’s dogs, I don’t consider caring for them as professional pet care experience, but I do want to mention that my love for Buster and Mojo has taught me a lot of the basics! Although I’ve taken both of them on walks together before, I would prefer to walk one dog at a time when it comes to other people’s dogs, given that I am less familiar with their temperaments and I want to ensure that everything goes smoothly! Other than that, I absolutely loveeee animals and I enjoy spending time with them! I’ve looked after several of my friends’ dogs before and have been paid to walk some of my neighborhood dogs in high school, as well as dog and cat-sit for them! As a sophomore at UT, classes and student org events are what primarily make up my schedule. I’m usually pretty free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, because I have classes until 10am those days. On Tuesdays and Thursdays however, my time is more limited because I’m generally unavailable until late afternoon on those days. Caring for a pet at a client’s home includes being incredibly knowledgeable of my client’s boundaries regarding their home, as well as communicating important parts of their pet’s routine. Safety is incredibly essential, and I know that my time and attention towards their pet is crucial: I have never allowed myself to pay more attention to my phone or other things when what I should be paying the greatest level of attention to is the client’s pet.

It's no wonder she was at the top of the list. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and communicative. She must have a way with dogs because during the initial meet up, my dogs did not bark at her as they do with strangers and they readily curled up next to her for belly rubs. About: I’ve had dogs growing up and throughout my whole life! (pit bulls mostly) I have been caring for the family dogs for as long as I can remember. Right now we have two rescue pitties named Opie and Tillie. I love all animals and have been pet sitting for about 5 years. I usually volunteer and pet sit for the animal shelter or for people back home, but thought I’d sign up on here as well! I am a full time student, so I attend classes for a few hours during the daytime. Other than that, I will be staying with your fur baby full time (unless told otherwise)! If you give me care instructions I will be sure to follow them very closely and will feed, water, and let your pet out as needed! I love to walk dogs and play with cats/dogs as well! I will never leave your pet unattended for longer than advised to or deviate from any given instructions and take animal care VERY seriously. I will care for your babies as my own, because I know how stressful it is to leave your babies in the care of others!
