About: Hi there! I’m a mom of energetic triplets and a lifelong dog lover. For the past 5+ years, I’ve been caring for friends’ dogs in my home, often with a full (and happy!) pack of up to five pups at a time. I work from home, which means your dog gets lots of attention, cuddles, and supervision throughout the day. My kids are with me 50% of the time, and they absolutely adore dogs — lots of love, belly rubs, and a little spoiling guaranteed! We have a big, fully fenced backyard for plenty of playtime. If your pup enjoys adventures, I try to make it out to the Domain dog park a few times a week. About: Not only do I have my own dog, I volunteered at the Austin Animal Center and currently pet sit for friends. I have experience with large, reactive dogs and calm cats. My own dog is nearly 15 years old. I trained him and currently deal with all of his senior medical issues, like arthritis, glaucoma and taking plenty of meds. I know how important our fur babies are. I will care for yours like I would for my own. If your pet stays at my home, I will take my dog to my mothers so that your dog can have privacy. He loves her house so it's a win - win for everyone. I work from home during the week so I'm most free in the evenings and weekends. My family is local so I'm almost always around at the holidays, like Thanksgiving and Christmas. I live in a large 2 bedroom condo with a patio. There are stairs but my senior dog has never had an issue with them. I'm home a lot so I like to cuddle, play and walk. Dogs are allowed on furniture and anywhere else. I also have (fake) hardwood floors so cleanup is easy is a dog has an accident (as my senior dog has many times).

I work from home so I have plenty of time to take your dog on walks every couple hours throughout the day and enjoy spending my evenings taking them on longer walks to make sure they're getting in their exercise! About: My relationship with dogs had a slightly questionable start. I was attacked by a dog while sitting in a stroller as a baby and spent the first few years of my life absolutely terrified of them. Then something apparently flipped in my five-year-old brain, because I spent the next year relentlessly begging my parents to let me get one. Eventually they cracked. Enter Prinsen (Swedish for “Prince”) and I've been a dog person ever since. I grew up with dogs and was the kid neighbors would ask to watch theirs. Then during COVID my parents got an AmStaff who somehow turned into a part-time job for me 😂. I lived nearby and watched him basically every day for about five years. Walks, feeding, playtime, hanging out, keeping him out of trouble, the whole deal. Spending that much time with an AmStaff also made me very comfortable around bigger, strong and energetic dogs. These days I have Maverick, my 9-month-old hunting Labrador, who has taken the phrase “high energy” as a personal challenge. Long walks, training, exercise, stubborn puppy moments, random objects appearing in his mouth and trying to tire out a dog with a seemingly unlimited battery are just normal life now. Being a dog owner myself is probably the biggest reason I'd trust me with your dog. I know how weird it feels handing your best buddy to someone you've never met. I'm not interested in speed-running a 30-minute visit, checking a box and leaving. If your dog is with me, I'm actually going to hang out with them, play with them, walk them and treat them the way I'd want someone to treat Maverick. I'm especially comfortable with puppies, bigger breeds, working dogs and dogs with a ridiculous amount of energy. Whether yours wants to inspect every single blade of grass or thinks we're training for the Olympics, I'm game. And you'll get pictures and updates. Probably more than you asked for. After nearly a decade in tech sales I decided to take a career break and figure out what I want the next decade to look like. Turns out career breaks come with a LOT of free time 😂. Since I already spend a good chunk of my day walking, training and hanging out with my own dog, I figured I might as well add a few more to the crew. My schedule is currently extremely flexible, including weekdays and daytime hours when most people are stuck at work. Whether you need a regular daily walker, a last-minute drop-in or someone to give your dog a proper adventure while you're at the office, chances are I can make it work. Whether I'm coming to your home or your dog is staying with me, I try to keep things simple: your house, your dog, your rules. I'll follow whatever routine you've got around feeding, walks, training, crates, medications or the little quirks that only you know about. When I'm coming to your home, I'll treat it exactly how I'd want someone to treat mine. I'll respect your space, make sure doors and gates are properly secured, refresh food and water if needed, and leave everything exactly how I found it — ideally with a slightly more tired dog. For walks, your dog gets my full attention. I'm not trying to juggle five dogs at once while staring at my phone. I'm comfortable with bigger, stronger and high-energy dogs, and I'll follow your rules around leashes, other dogs, people and whatever training you're working on. Whether you've got a senior who wants to inspect every blade of grass or a young working dog who wakes up choosing chaos, I'll match their pace. If your dog is staying with me, I live in a dog-friendly apartment community with Maverick, my 9-month-old hunting Lab. We have a fenced private dog park right outside for playtime, fetch and burning off some serious energy. Inside, they're part of the home — not stuck away in another room.
