My cats are usually pretty shy but they took to having her around with no issues. She is very caring and respectable about the cats space and feelings! Caroline was seriously the sweetest dog sitter we could have asked for! She even came by before the booking to meet the puppies (and us!), which made us feel so much more comfortable. Raanan was incredible for our 5 day overnight dog/house sitting! His communication is top-tier - Right from the start, he was incredibly thorough, asking all the right questions during the meet-and-greet to ensure we were all comfortable leading up to the stay. We really appreciated the tailored communication style; he sent detailed daily updates and plenty of photos, which was reassuring and a nice treat for us while away. Getting an update the morning after the first night was a huge relief and let us know our pup was in great hands. Plus, we came home to a house that was just as clean as we left it! Ana was super communicative while we were away, and made sure to let us know how Frankie was feeling, eating, and coping with us being gone given that she’s a pretty anxious pup. She also worked around our neighborhood play date schedule to make sure Frankie got all of her usual play dates with our next-door, neighbor’s dog. Very accommodating, and would definitely hire again!
Hillary was absolutely wonderful with our dogs! From the start, she was kind, patient, and highly communicative. Unfortunately, one of our pups got sick while we were away, but Hillary handled the situation with such grace and thoughtfulness with our home. She provided regular, detailed updates that kept us informed every step of the way. Because of the situation, we ended up cutting our trip short, and she was incredibly understanding throughout the process. We felt so much better knowing our dogs were in such capable, compassionate hands.
Claudia was awesome! Our usual pet sitter was booked and we were in a real bind - Claudia to the rescue! She stayed at our home with our 2 dogs (one of whom recently had surgery) and a cat. All of the animals were happy and healthy on our return and the house was immaculate. Claudia was super thoughtful and very responsive.
