Not only was she already communicative from the get go, but our sweet pup got gnarly hot spots the day before we left for a long weekend and we were heartbroken to leave her with an open wound and a stranger to tend to her. Tiffany was wonderful having to adapt last minute and make applying topical ointment a part of her routine with Lennon while we were gone. She monitored Lennon closely and updated us regularly. Not to mention our cat absolutely loves her. Tiffany will be our go to sitter from now on!”

My cats are usually pretty shy but they took to having her around with no issues. She is very caring and respectable about the cats space and feelings! She has a great process down when initially booking with her with a phone call and also a meet and greet with the animals before booking which I really appreciated. She was also respectable of my home! I had an issue with my AC malfunctioning while I was out of town and Gabrielle stuck around during the day to meet with the AC repair team while I was away which I really appreciated. Mo was absolutely fantastic with our senior boxer while we were out of town for six days. Mo is communicative, prompt, and proves that he genuinely cares. I have had some bad experiences with past pet sitters in the past. Mo listened to all my instructions and made me feel very heard and validated. When I returned home, my house was clean, my dog was happy, and I was grateful to have had Mo’s help. Mo is our new go to.

We also had a major leak at the house while she stayed, and she was a massive help in dealing with it. She left the house cleaner than we did! All around A+ sitter.
