“Ana was absolutely amazing! This was our first time leaving our pup with someone outside of the family and I could not have asked for a better person than Ana. Our Austin Pets Alive rescue can be tough to handle at times, but Ana worked with family members and communicated with us consistently throughout the stay to ensure the best possible outcome in every situation. Five stars honestly is not enough for her care. If you are nervous about leaving your pets and home, book Ana and know without a doubt everything will be more than okay.”

“Amanda was great. Our dog, Scarlet, has separation anxiety and cannot be left home alone. We had Amanda come stay at our house for a few hours so we could have an evening out. Our Scarlet seemed super happy and relaxed when Amanda arrived and when we got back home. Amanda also administered Scarlet’s medication while we were out - big help! We would definitely use Amanda again.”

“Christine is the best! We were gone for 6 days, and she handled all of our dogs quirky and lovable obsessions. Also we had an unusual home and yard issue which she helped us with. House was just like we left it but, “a much happier place when we returned. A lot of dog loving going on. Jinx , our 16 yr old border collie told us she will miss her until the next time.”

“Mariah took wonderful care of my little kitty while I took a month long trip out of town! I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and I’m so happy she was available everyday I needed her.”

“Alexa is the BESSST. She goes above and beyond when taking care of my pups, gives multiple daily updates with pictures, and left my house completely spotless!”

“Dina was fantastic with our pups! She was communicative and sent lots of pictures during her stay. She left our place so clean and the pups really enjoyed spending time with her. We will certainly be using her again in the future.”

“Cortney was the definition of phenomenal while house sitting our Liza! She went above and beyond to ensure our pup was cared for and our home was safe during the winter freeze. 10 out of 10, absolutely recommend!”

“Katelynn was fantastic with my girl Maya! She was very communicative, easy to schedule with, and took great care of both my pup and my apartment. Will definitely be using her more in the future.”

“Elizabeth did an amazing job taking care of our dog and house while we were out of town! She was great with sending updates and photos of our sweet pup throughout the week! She was very responsive and answered any messages/questions that we had right away! She even cleaned the sheets/towels put them back before she left! The house was spotless when we arrived home! We really appreciate everything Elizabeth did for us! We will definitely be using her again!”

“Magdalene was amazing she stayed at our house and watched Ella. She took great care of our little stinker and our house. She was very accommodating taking her to doggie daycare and even giving her a bath when she needed. She sent us pictures and updates regularly. Ella was having tummy issues and she went and got her some pumpkin to help out. She is amazing thank you so much for everything.”

“Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Tiffany for all the care she showed to our dogs and cats. In the almost 10 days we were gone, she built strong relationships with a very tough crew. Our incredibly anxious 7 month old puppy warmed to her very quickly and our cat who rarely shows herself to anyone was snuggling on the bed with Tiffany by the end of her stay. We received lovely updates and photos on a regular basis and Tiffany was very quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. Most importantly, and why I've waited to write this review, Tiffany encountered an incredibly difficult situation with our elderly dog and handled it with grace and care. Within a few days of us returning home, our sweet, ol' boy experienced an unexpected medical emergency. Tiffany was calm, collected, and quick to act, doing everything we would have done in her situation. Tiffany's care prevented our sweet boy from suffering, and by reaching out to members of our family who were in the Austin-area, allowed him to be surrounded by those who loved him at the end. The love and thoughtfulness she showed to our family in the aftermath of losing our ol' boy speaks volumes for Tiffany's character and passion for furry friends. Any person would be lucky to have Tiffany care for their pets!”

“My pup, Roo, had a great time hanging out with Ludovic! He was quick to respond when I needed someone last minute to keep our high energy & playful 1 year old German Shepherd-Pitt Mix. He made sure she stuck to her prescription food/treats due to her food allergies and even made sure to put a topical treatment when she broke out in a rash the day I had to leave her. I got regular updates/pictures/videos about what they were doing and how my sweet pup was doing. Each day I got videos of them playing and going out on walks. Thank you for all of your help Ludovic. Roo was happy & exhausted at the end of her visit with you!”

“Jena did a wonderful job taking care of my two goldens and two kitties while I was gone for a week. I had total peace of mind while enjoying my vacation knowing everybody was happy in their own house. Jena also kept my plants watered and saved a package of mine from the mailbox during this 105 degree weather. Will definitely seek her out again when I want to leave town!”

“Shanda exceeded my expectations! She house sat for a long time and sent frequent updates, kept the house clean, and communicated perfectly. I would absolutely recommend her and will hopefully book with her again.”

“Alice was amazing and listened attentively to all of the details and quirks that we shared about our dog, Brie. She was very communicative and sent us detailed daily updates on how our girl was doing during her stay. Thank you so much Alice, we appreciate you taking great care of Brie while we were gone?”

“Aryanna was wonderful!! This was my first experience using Rover and she far exceeded my expectations. When we met before booking to see how my dog, Ziggy, and her got along she came prepared with all the right questions about how to properly care for him then completely followed through during her 3 night stay. She communicated the perfect amount and provided thorough updates each morning and night, along with photos and videos. Ziggy is newly adopted by me and I’m still learning about him so it was great that Aryanna has so much experience with all kinds of dogs and even gave insight on his behavior and potential training techniques. Aryanna was also incredibly respectful of my home and left it better than she found it. It gave me such peace of mind to know Ziggy was well taken care of while I was out of town and I can tell he loved her. Would recommend Aryanna to anyone! Thanks again!”

“Taylor saved us when another rover sitter canceled on us last minute. We were so happy that she quickly came through and saved the day. She was wonderful with our little puppy and we are excited to have her back to house/dog sit for us again.”
