About: I've never met a dog or cat I can't win over. I meet them at their pace, never pushing unwanted interaction onto them. I have volunteered and fostered for multiple shelters. I have experience administering medicine, grooming, and bathing. Currently working part-time, so I'm relatively free to look after pets. About: I grew up with multiple dogs all my life. I have experience training sight-guide dogs. I have pet sat for dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds before. I currently work 5 days a week Sunday-Thursday from 2-10pm, so on those days so your pet will have about 8 hours alone **with the exception that Wednesdays I work 9 hours**. After work and the weekends, I love taking pets out on walk/doing enrichment in the home when I am with them! I live on a second floor apartment so your pet will need to be able to go up and down stairs. I have 1 bedroom with a good amount of space and sun spots for them to play and lay out.

About: I spent more than a decade loving a very large, very opinionated German Shepherd named Ruta through epilepsy, severe allergies, endless medication schedules, and his senior years, so “high-maintenance” pets don’t scare me. I tend to love them even harder. These days I’m supervised by Edwin, my mini Aussie rescue, who has strong opinions about other dogs, delivery trucks, and apparently several completely innocent squirrels. Living with him has made me very comfortable with boundaries, reactivity, slow introductions, and the fact that not every dog wants to be everybody’s friend. I’m also the person who genuinely wants the six-paragraph document explaining exactly how your dog likes breakfast. Give me the quirks, the routines, the medications, the weird little rules, the favorite toy, the thing they absolutely will not do unless you ask them in a very specific way. I want to know all of it. Basically: I take your pet seriously without taking myself too seriously. And yes, I will probably send you too many pictures. My schedule is pretty flexible, which means I can usually work around your pet’s normal routine. Walks, meals, potty breaks, meds, couch hangs; tell me what they’re used to and I’ll do my best to keep things consistent. Tell me everything. What’s their routine? What makes them nervous? Are they an escape artist? A sock eater? Do they lose their mind when a skateboard goes by? How are they on leash? I’m big on respecting a pet’s boundaries and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’d much rather know about a quirk or trigger ahead of time than be surprised by it later.

About: I was raised with a full house of almost eight dogs of varying sizes as well as a few being blind. As such, I learned at a young age just how important it is to specialize each dog’s care plan based on their own specific needs. Im currently a full time remote college student, which allows me be available at all times of day when needed without the restrictions that come with college. I value a clean and sanitary environment. Having been raised around dogs, I understand all too well how they can get into things they shouldn’t and as such take great care to be cautious of anything that may be a potential hazard such as food having been left out.
