About: I’m an avid dog lover and have grown up alongside them for as long as I can remember. I have extensive experience taking care of a multitude breed of dogs and puppies. I have been pet sitting since I was 14. I also have experience taking care of blind, elderly, and deaf dogs. I have no problems handling medications and giving shots. My beloved dog Mugsy is blind and hard of hearing :). I have experience with severe dog allergies as well. I am currently working as a regulatory affairs specialist but I work from home on my own schedule so my schedule is very flexible. I have my own car and can drop by whenever. I have to be in person’s Tuesdays, but I typically get off around 3pm and do can run to your house early in the morning and after 3pm. I can also stay overnight to take care of your furry companion! My apartment doesn’t allow dogs so I cannot board them here. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. When caring for your pet in your home, I make sure they stay in a familiar environment where they feel secure, relaxed, and stress-free. I follow your care instructions closely—from feeding routines and medication to playtime and cuddle time— to ensure all their needs are met exactly as you would. I love walking dogs, and will make sure your furry friend(s) stay engage and happy!

“Anna is amazing!! She was flexible and accommodating for walk timing and sent updates and super cute pictures during the walk. We will be booking walks with her regularly!”

“Highly recommend! Although our dog was nervous at first, Nate spent extra time getting our puppy to trust him. They had a wonderful walk together. We would book again!”

About: Hi there! My name is Valeska and I have taken care of all sorts of animals since I was 10 years old. I have also been a Vet Tech for 3 years, gaining lots of experience and exposure throughout those years. I have a Fear Free Certification, so I can ensure a stress free time with your pet. I'm currently working part-time and mostly weekends, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pup! I personally enjoy stimulating my dogs, so I can ensure mental and physical stimulation through fun activities! I would prefer to care for a client's pet in their home rather than mine. For safety and preventative measures aligned with my Fear Free training received through Fear Free Pets, a Veterinary Professional Certification Program, I would ensure to provide a stress free environment, one in which the pets feels safe even though their owner may be absent and a stranger is present.

“Amanda is the best! My girls or rescues and very people selective. She is so patient with them and really got them to warm up and come out of their shells. Definitely recommend for anyone with anxious or stressed dogs!”

About: I love taking care of animals and making them happy. I'm a pet owner myself and now have some availability to help other pet owners. Interacting with pets is one of the only ways I can prevent myself from adopting too many animals. I'm currently studying for the LSAT and work part-time as a nanny but I'm not needed at that job every week. My schedule is pretty open and I have quite a bit of flexibility. I consider myself very respectable while I'm in other people's homes and try to keep to myself. Let me know your rules and I will stick to it.

About: I have taken care of many animals in my life; dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, geckos, bearded dragons, frogs, turtles, fish, and more. I am also CPR certified for dogs and cats in the case of an emergency. I am a very clean individual so I will keep your home neat while also providing loving care for your pet. I care deeply for all animals and can assure that your pets needs will be put first above everything else! I understand that schedules are tricky to maneuver so I am able to work whenever I am needed as long as I don’t have another pet care gig at the same time. I am very good at matching energy with animals so I can play with them for hours or take them on long walks if they are energetic or simply sit around with them with shorter walks if they are older. I am also really good at following directions so if you have special instructions for your pet, I will follow them perfectly! Otherwise I will use my knowledge on animals to assure that your pet is happy and healthy the entire time you’re gone!

I currently work full time but I get done with my days around noon. My schedule can be flexible if I get noticed ahead of time. I also travel for work. It’s not often but I will give a good heads up! Dogs will always be on a lease with me, unless trusted in a dog park. I take child and others safety seriously when it comes to public interactions.

About: I grew up always having a dog and have been watching others’ dogs since early high school. Neighbors, friends, and family have entrusted me to walk, feed, and comfort their pets while away. I have experience watching multiple dogs at a time and caring for a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I do have experience caring for elderly dogs as well as dogs who need insulin shots, topical medication, or oral medications. I, in particular, love to care for and support dogs who may be feeling anxious when their family is gone. I’m available weekdays and weekends by request. Depending on the needs of your pets, I can be available for quick, frequent trips or longer extended stays. My favorite part of caring for animals is getting to know their personality, their preferences, and needs. With your guidance, I will accommodate their care to make sure they feel as loved and safe as possible. For walking dogs, I always use a leash but am also comfortable watching them roam in a private, fenced-in area. All animals deserve a dependable and loving caregiver while their loved ones are gone, and I’d be honored to be one that you and your pets can trust.

About: I started caring for my relatives’ dog when they would go out of town about 10 years ago. I’ve always been a dog lover but due to my work schedule I’m unable to have a dog of my own. I’m happy to come to the client’s place for play time, bathroom breaks, walks, etc. I can also host your pup at my place for a shorter period of time.

Jaynan S.
“I'm proud to recommend my daughter Nan as a Rover caregiver. In our family, pets ARE family; a value that Nan has chosen to honor and keep as an adult. Her love of animals and strength as a caregiver makes her an ideal Rover care provider. She is a stickler for cleanliness, and pays good attention to detail when it comes to the care of people, pets, and their homes. She is trustworthy and honest and very attentive to animals and their needs. Above all she is patient and kind. Obviously I'm biased, but I would give her my highest recommendation for her to care for your pets as long as she isn't already booked watching our dog and cats!!”

Michael B.
“Michael has been a caregiver for our dogs for many years. He showed exceptional care and compassion with our previous dog when he needed emergency care during an extreme snowstorm getting him to the emergency vet. Both our pets have loved Michael. He has also taken care of our second Soft Coated Wheaten Vincent and is always responsible and loving. No one better!”

Chloe C.
“I can’t recommend Chloe highly enough! She is kind, sensitive, and truly has a heart for animals. From the moment we met, I could tell my pet would be in loving and capable hands. Teddy instantly felt comfortable with her, which says everything. Chloe is also incredibly friendly and easy to work with—always responsive, thoughtful, and respectful of our home and routines. I recommend Chloe to walk your dog!”
