Megan stepped up last minute and gave Kyla the extra attention and love that she needed. We felt completely comfortable while away thanks to the updates about her condition, plethora of pictures, and prompt replies! She even went to the vet to pick up additional meds and provided an update about the vets suggestions. We could not have been more comfortable, appreciative, and overall overjoyed with how well she took care of Kyla. After meeting her intially, I felt confident that she could handle everything, including giving medication to an elderly pup. 🐶 She is easy to communicate with, super nice, and has a lot of animal knowledge. I liked that she sent me updates and pictures and she responded to all my texts in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lauren and will hire her again next time we travel. Ps. “Megan + Josh were dream pup and housesitters! They are friendly, kind and responsible. From our first phone call to their arrival and departure they were great. I think our dog loved them both. He is older and needs several medications, which they handled in stride. They were also SUPER flexible as we had to adjust our arrival date and time home and they made sure our pup got another walk when I trip home got delayed further. They also left the place spotless. They'd already washed and dried their sheets and towels and replaced the sheets on the guest bed which was so nice to come home to. I would have them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Megan + Josh!”
