About: I have been Petsitting and house sitting for friends and family for more than 25 years, so I figured, why not make new friends and continue the tradition? It’s one of my greatest joys in life, getting to know and play with new puppers and their people!! I’ve cared for many types and breeds of dogs, cats, and exotic animals (snakes, tortoises, lizards, turtles, tarantulas, exotic fish, chickens, etc.) and all types of pet personalities - shy, rambunctious, skittish, lazy, grouchy, energetic, and everything in-between. From trained purebreds to rescues who have been abused or neglected and need special attention, I have worked with and enjoyed them all. I’ve administered meds, cared for sick pups and kitties, and taken my charges to the vet when needed. I could be trained to care for your pigs, goats, sheep, horses, etc. I travel a good deal and understand the importance of being able to have your non-human child well looked after and not have to worry about them while you’re out of town, or even if you’re just at work. I work remotely, so your pet gets potty breaks often, and they have a human around almost all the time. We go for small walks around a delightful neighborhood when desired, or longer walks/hikes on nearby trails if the bigger pups are game. There are no off-limits areas in our house- my pug Napoleon slept *under the covers* in the big bed he believed he owned - but if you have different rules, they will be enforced as dictated. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! I am excited to meet you - and your human friends ;)! Working remotely from my home office provides plenty of opportunity for potty breaks and puppy love in-between client interactions on the phone. It also allows me to stay full-time in your home with your pets if overnight sits are your preference. All that is needed is a strong internet connection and a comfortable, quiet place in your home to work. I have a gated yard in the front but can take little pups on-leash if there’s any concern. There’s also a small potty area in the back yard with a full fence for off-leash outside time. I can accommodate a small crate in my home, if desired. For overnights in your home, an initial meet-n-greet will be required prior to the first engagement to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

About: I’ve grown up with numerous types of animals, and i’ve had my share of experience in animals shelters and vet clinics. I’ve taken care of newborns to senior pets, and many kinds of animals at that. I utilize a very natural and gentle approach to caring for animals, they have a special place in my heart! I have morning classes everyday from 9:30-12pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I also have an evening class from 3-5pm. I am willing to house sit in between, after, and before my classes as best as I can, though it will depend on distance and needs! I go home every other weekend but I could move things around if need be. I am very willing and flexible! Directions given from clients will be followed to a T. The comfort and care of the pet(s) is my top priority and I will tend to each baby as their needs require! I myself have multiple dogs, cats, horses, and donkeys with specific needs and understand the feeling of wanting to ensure they are in good hands.

About: Since moving to Asheville 8 years ago, I’ve sought out any opportunity I can to walk and care for friends’ dogs! I’m very receptive to learning what works best for your dog, so that they feel as comfortable as possible. I’m also experienced with dogs who prefer not to interact with other dogs or are people-shy, and am used to communicating those boundaries if necessary! I’m a very active human and really enjoy having a companion! On the days I’m available, my days are very flexible and open to working with your schedule to best cater to the needs of your pup and keep things consistent. I will defer to your preferences of what your pup is used to, to make sure they feel safe and cared for. Whether that be crating or cuddling on the couch, the priority is making your dog feel at home.

About: Hello! My name is Lena. :) I am a pet sitter of many years, and a proud fur mama of a 15-year-old chihuahua named Cinnamon. I spent a few years in my early 20s as a full-time dog groomer, before moving to Asheville and pursuing other professional ventures. I've also worked in a kennel and doggie daycare, so am experienced and comfortable with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and dietary needs. I understand that every dog is different, and am happy to provide care for those who need to exert extra energy, those who are couch potatoes, and every fur baby in between. As an added bonus, I've also done master level reiki training, and have provided animal reiki quite a few times! I currently work part-time during the day, so will be around for morning + evening walks & feeding, as well as overnight for stays. I am happy to spend more time with your fur baby around these hours! For overnight stays, I do my best to accommodate to your pet’s normal routine with feeding/walks/etc. I will typically come by around dinner time, and stay until mid-late morning. I like to bring my senior chihuahua for longer stays if your pet would be open to a friend!
