“Dara is absolutely incredible! She watched our puppy, Rufus, for a week and went above and beyond in every way. She was punctual, arriving a few minutes early every day, and was so patient with his potty training. She kept me updated with communication and the cutest photos. I especially appreciated that she played with him to wear him out, ensuring he was ready for a good sleep by time she left. She even tidied up his toys before leaving! Rufus absolutely loves her, and I felt totally at ease. I will definitely be booking Dara again!”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.
“This was our first time booking with Lyndsi and it was a great experience! I loved reading her synopsis of each drop in visit and looking at the photos. She was great with communication and I could tell that she really cared about my pups and their wellbeing. Will definitely be using Lyndsi in the future.”

“Haley is THE best!!! She was so great with my babies and patient when my dog was a little uneasy on her first visit! Always on time and responds to texts in a timely manner. She was willing to adjust to a changing schedule as well. I will definitely be requesting her again and always! She deserves more than a 5-star review!!!”

“Becky did an amazing job with Muffie❤️ What a piece of mind to leave the care of our fur baby with such a loving, kind, and professional animal lover! Muffie had a great time with Becky:) she was played with, and walked each day! Muffie looked forward to Becky coming over. Highly recommend and will use Becky each time we are needing a loving and caring sitter for our baby!”

About: I currently pet sit for my friends and family, but I would love to meet even more furry friends! I have always been a passionate animal lover. When I was thirteen I went vegetarian because of my love for animals and have never looked back. I have been working with dogs and cats since I was 8. My grandma had ties to the Savannah humane society and frequently took me along to volunteer for them. When I was a teenager I fostered a puppy and then a kitten who both needed to be bottle fed and I really loved the experiences. During covid I adopted my two cats (Bandsaw and Lathe) and realized my cat lady destiny. I moved in with my boyfriend shortly after, and together we now have 4 cats (Bandsaw, Lathe, Challa, and Shurri). Last year, I cared for two neighborhood stray cats and was able to tame them, to the point that one was able to be adopted out, and the other socialized enough for pets and treats. I am a ceramic artist and product designer by trade, and my cat Lathe has been my muse since I met her. A lot of my ceramic work is centered on cats and dogs, and I have designed 3 cat lamps for mass manufacture for a major retailer which are currently on the market. I have painted pet portrait commissions on and off since I was 15. I am a freelance designer and an independent artist, so I generally have open availability, and would love to help take care of your pets! I am more than happy to change the litter box, walk your dogs, administer medicine, crate cats/dogs if necessary, and any other special requests that you as the owner might have. It is important to me to treat animals with love and respect, so I always introduce myself slowly and read their body language before doing anything else.
“Michelle made my first Rover experience perfect! She walked me through the process, and my car Buttercup—who hides from EVERYONE—went right up to Michelle! I will have no worries about booking with Michelle again. It was such a relief! And I appreciate all of the notes, videos and pictures!”

“Could not have asked for a better sitter for my dog for a week. Miranda was thorough, on time, very communicative, and loving. She did way more than she was asked. Very happy with the Rover Service, and Miranda was a godsend. Highly recommend.”

“Makenzy is just wonderful with my little Kitti. Her photos are delightful and make me laugh out loud. She tells me how he acts, feels and the funny things he does. It makes such a difference to know how he’s doing.”

“I adopted my dog fairly recently so I was nervous about leaving her with someone else for the weekend, but Megan was extremely attentive and made me feel comfortable on day 1! She was wonderful about providing updates and asking about details I hadn't even considered. I have a cat as well and I could tell they were both very fond of her by the end of the weekend. I would definitely recommend Megan to anybody looking for a petsitter.”

“I reached out to Stephanie recently to check in on my cat while I was on an extended trip out of town. She responded quickly and professionally and was flexible and extremely helpful about looking after my pet in my own home while I was away. Stephanie went above and beyond during her visit, and from the photos I received I could tell she not only looked after my cat but spent time socializing with him as well. I look forward to working with Stephanie again in the future!”

“Galyn took care my dog, Millie while I was out of the town. She was kind, caring and dependable. She was flexible and followed instructions well even though there were some changes. It made me feel good that Millie was in good hands. House was clean when I got back. I would definitely hire her again.”
