About: We both love animals of all kinds. We have always had pets in our lives and have loved being dog sitters for friends and family over the years. We are currently the proud parents of two wonderful dogs, Honeybee and Charlie. We have experience with special care for senior dogs. Our dog Carlos was blind and deaf for the last few years of his life, and had diabetes, requiring insulin shots every 12 hours. We have some dog training skills and have helped Honeybee on her path, starting as a wild rescue dog to being the well-behaved 3.5 year old that she is now. We believe in positive reinforcement training and understand dog behavior enough to know when to step in and intervene. I (Ethan) am currently working a very flexible schedule of driving for Uber and Lyft. My schedule allows me to be home often and to stop by and check on Charlie and Honeybee and any visiting dogs frequently when I am working. If we have doggy daycare clients I am able to stay home all day. Hope is around on evenings and weekends and is always ready for playtime and snuggles with the pups. I (Ethan) am currently sharing residence with my partner Hope (who loves dogs as much as I do!) and she will be assisting me with the dogs from time to time. We have a large, fenced-in yard in the heart of West Asheville. We will never leave your dogs outdoors unattended and will respect any special requirements as to the safety of your beloved pets. We understand the need for routine in a dog's life and will be happy to abide by whatever feeding/medication schedule, exercise needs, etc. that your dog has.

“I have been bringing my rambunctious, lovable dog to Laird for almost a year now, and he is always excited when we get there. I know he is always well taken care of and getting all the attention he wants, and I get lots of pictures to see how his day is going! I am happy to have found her and my dog loves it there!”

About: Hi friends! I am an energetic person who LOVES the outdoors and basically any kind of animal. I am blessed enough to be able to work for my husband for his concrete business so I am home (mostly) all day every day! I have 3 dogs myself; a Border Collie, GSP, and a mixed breed (half Great Pyrenees, half Australian Shepherd). They are my babies. I live on 19 acres that is all fenced but 18 of those acres are occupied for our 13 goats and 3 llamas! No worries though, we have a huge fenced in area directly beside/where our house sits just for dogs! We also have a doggie door from inside, leading to the outdoor area, so your dog will definitely get the exercise and outdoor time they deserve, as well as coming and going as they please! :) I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! Monday-Thursday with some weekends! We travel a lot over the weekends in the summer so weekends are limited but I will keep my weekend schedule updated We have a doggie door leading to the fenced in area for our dogs so they are able to come and go as they please. If you aren’t comfortable with the doggie door, I will make sure your pet does not use it and I will take them out for breaks frequently!

“It was good having someone so close to where I’m staying. I completely trusted her with my girl Zoe. I only had to leave Zoe for 3 to 4 hours when I was working and it completely slipped my mind at rest. I highly recommend Vicki and will absolutely use her when I can again”

“We could tell from the moment we met Cary that he was a gentle soul — our dog Piper (who can be quite timid around men) was at ease. Would highly recommend Cary!”

“Irina is a fabulous sitter who communicated brilliantly about my fur baby while in her care. She is so thoughtful and kind and I know my pup is in good hands. I highly recommend her and will absolutely request her services again.”

About: I have been a dog owner my whole life and I pet sit regularly for friends and family. I have experience walking, transporting, and caring for dogs of all sizes from over 100 lbs to under 20 lbs and feel comfortable with all breeds. I do have a kitty, however he is used to having dogs in the house and gets along great with most. I work from home when I am not traveling. I occasionally have meetings locally, but usually I am not gone for more than 2 hours. I take my dog for regular walks, and he has lots of play time in my fenced in back yard. Pups are welcome to lounge on the couch for pets or be crated if that is preferred. I am fairly relaxed with rules but try to keep them from jumping up, and they have to sit for treats.

About: What makes me stand out as a pet sitter is my extensive experience and dedication to providing personalized care. My special skills in taking care of puppies create a foundation for well-behaved companions, while my expertise in senior care ensures comfort and attention for older pets. With genuine love and commitment, I ensure your furry friends thrive under my watch. I am available most of the time since I have a part time job! I want to make this my full time job! I love spending time with pets, just let me know in advance before booking! Thank you! In both my home and my client's home, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of the pets under my care. I create a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring they have ample space to play and relax. Regular walks, playtime, and cuddles are part of the daily routine. I maintain their feeding schedules and administer any necessary medications with precision and care. My constant attention and affection create a stress-free and enjoyable experience for the pets, making them feel at home even when they're away from home.

“Kay took great care of our two pups including pickup and drop off service. We will definitely work with her again!”
