“Nate has excellent communication skills, is very organized, and has all the stoke you want in a dog sitter. My fiancé and I booked day care but ended up needing overnight care. Nate was happy to accommodate the last minute change. Our dogs are shy to new folks but they warmed up to Nate without any issues. Nate was very considerate of our dogs' shyness and worked slowly with them to get them comfortable in a new space. Oh yeah - Nate has an adorable, beautiful, friendly dog who was a fabulous pal to our dogs! By the time we got back in the morning, our dogs did not seem to want to leave! About: I have had dogs, cats, birds, and much more animals my entire life. I love taking care of animals and have done it for friends and family for years. I’m very active and love walks and runs! I have 3 animals of my own including 2 dogs and a cat. I have taken care of baby, Senior, adult, healthy, and sick animals. I’m an animal lover and love meeting new people and animals. I have a lot of knowledge with animals for the simple fact that I have been around 100’s my entire life, from saving strays to having pets. I live in Weaverville and would love to help out with taking care of your pet or pets! I work all day but could be flexible. Im a personal trainer, my hours are 4am-2/3pm. I am available with at least a week notice. I can help on M-F and weekends with drop ins and walks. I have a yard as well as 2 friendly playful dogs. I have crates as well as separated floors that are gated off in my home that always help.

“Paul and his fiancé were amazing with our boy, Ezra. As my service dog, he is always with me. There were 2 days of our 16-day vacay that we needed a reliable pet sitter for adventures we couldn’t bring Ezra on: zip-lining in Barnardsville and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway in a 2-seater Polaris Slingshot. Even after a considerately planned meet-and-greet the afternoon before his 1st stay with Paul, Ezra was a little nervous after we dropped him off. Thoughtfully, I received updates and videos to keep me posted. Paul and his fiancé worked with him to build trust and also Ezra’s confidence. By day 2, Ezra did not want his stay to end at pick-up time! When he finally did get in the car, he was happily exhausted and slept the entire drive home. I would definitely reach out to Paul as a pet sitter should the need arise the next time we visit beautiful North Carolina! Thank you both for taking such good care of our Ezra. About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had a dachshund and a rottweiler (quite the duo!), and later on I had a bull terrier of my own that I absolutely adored. I also lived with a golden retriever, so I’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of personalities and energy levels. For the past 10 years, I’ve been the go-to dog sitter and walker for friends and family. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I live in a very walkable neighborhood, so I make sure they get plenty of walks and outdoor time. Nichole was a professional dog walker in Boston before moving to Asheville, so she has experience with all sizes and temperaments. Jackson is certified in American Service Pet training as well, so you can rest assured they are in good, capable hands during their stay. We both work outside of the home - Jackson as a maintenance worker and Nichole as a doctor - so our fur babies are usually lounging inside or in our fenced in yard. That said, we always make sure one of us will be home when we have any pets staying with us. On the weekends, we love spending time out in nature, especially around bodies of water and would love to safely bring your pet along. When you trust us to watch your animals, we’ll follow whatever rules you’d like. They can run around in our fenced in yard or stay inside. We have a large crate as well if your animal prefers that. We have a Bernedoodle that loves playing with new friends, as long as they are not aggressive. We have two indoor cats that love playing with our dog, but would also not do well with an aggressive dog. We love to train dogs as well and are happy reinforce the work you are doing while they stay with us.
