My first time sitting my dog was a terrible experience and I was terrified to sit him again but a family emergency popped up and I came across her profile. Her house is clean and she was so nice during the meet and greet, my dog Smokie adores her. Not only did she go over plans on what to do with Smokie while we were away but wrote down a detailed list of everything we told her which sits out in her home in case an emergency happened on her end that anyone coming to watch her own dogs and our dog would know exactly what he needed. She also provided us with all of her emergency contacts so we knew anyone who may be in her home. She also has close contact with the vets in the area if something should happen with our pet. She is amazingly organized and prepared. The dogs have plenty of space to roam and she even had a quiet room for the dogs that can’t roam if she had to pop out of the house and can’t bring the dogs. I will never even consider another sitter after booking with her because they all pale in comparison!”

About: I absolutely love dogs and cats. I am willing to do check ins when you go out of town. I love all size dogs. If i do check ins I can come pretty much anytime of the day. I am also available on weekends. I am very responsible and trustworthy. I have watched dogs for many friends and family members. If you let me watch your dogs i will take great care of them for you! Dogs are the best animals and they are fun to be around. I also cat sit. I have a diabetic cat so I know a lot about cats. I will board your dog at my house but they have to be friendly with young kids and another dog and cat. I am also not too far from Weaverville. I’m a stay at home mom so I can be available all different times of the day. I am available weekdays and on the weekends. I do not have a fenced in yard but we do have bushes that separate it from the road and I can stay outside with them.

About: I currently pet sit for my friends and family, but I would love to meet even more furry friends! I have always been a passionate animal lover. When I was thirteen I went vegetarian because of my love for animals and have never looked back. I have been working with dogs and cats since I was 8. My grandma had ties to the Savannah humane society and frequently took me along to volunteer for them. When I was a teenager I fostered a puppy and then a kitten who both needed to be bottle fed and I really loved the experiences. During covid I adopted my two cats (Bandsaw and Lathe) and realized my cat lady destiny. I moved in with my boyfriend shortly after, and together we now have 4 cats (Bandsaw, Lathe, Challa, and Shurri). Last year, I cared for two neighborhood stray cats and was able to tame them, to the point that one was able to be adopted out, and the other socialized enough for pets and treats. I am a ceramic artist and product designer by trade, and my cat Lathe has been my muse since I met her. A lot of my ceramic work is centered on cats and dogs, and I have designed 3 cat lamps for mass manufacture for a major retailer which are currently on the market. I have painted pet portrait commissions on and off since I was 15. I am a freelance designer and an independent artist, so I generally have open availability, and would love to help take care of your pets! I am more than happy to change the litter box, walk your dogs, administer medicine, crate cats/dogs if necessary, and any other special requests that you as the owner might have. It is important to me to treat animals with love and respect, so I always introduce myself slowly and read their body language before doing anything else.

About: Hi friends! I am an energetic person who LOVES the outdoors and basically any kind of animal. I am blessed enough to be able to work for my husband for his concrete business so I am home (mostly) all day every day! I have 3 dogs myself; a Border Collie, GSP, and a mixed breed (half Great Pyrenees, half Australian Shepherd). They are my babies. I live on 19 acres that is all fenced but 18 of those acres are occupied for our 13 goats and 3 llamas! No worries though, we have a huge fenced in area directly beside/where our house sits just for dogs! We also have a doggie door from inside, leading to the outdoor area, so your dog will definitely get the exercise and outdoor time they deserve, as well as coming and going as they please! :) I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! Monday-Thursday with some weekends! We travel a lot over the weekends in the summer so weekends are limited but I will keep my weekend schedule updated We have a doggie door leading to the fenced in area for our dogs so they are able to come and go as they please. If you aren’t comfortable with the doggie door, I will make sure your pet does not use it and I will take them out for breaks frequently!

I also meditate and cherish down-time, so animals like my company at home. Snuggles, baths, swimming, long walks, playing in a fenced in yard, laying in the grass with them, reading a book and sitting together, singing or talking with them, cuddles at bedtime. I have flexible remote part time work, which gives plenty of time to be with your pets. I have space in the evenings, mid day, and mornings for feeding, walking and play. I am open for longer term overnight stays with animals in their home- minimum 5 nights. The home needs to be free of heavy fragrances and mold. When able, I prefer boarding animals in my home. When I board, there are no other animals in the house. However, my land lord has a dog and they are on the land or near the house at times. Therefore, I am not able to board dogs who are reactive to other dogs.

About: Growing up, my mom worked at a vet's office and I was there every day after school, so I have been exposed to pets my entire life. Because of this, I am very knowledgable about caring for dogs of all breeds as well as training them, and am really good with all animals. I currently own a very loving golden doodle who weighs right under 50 pounds. He loves other dogs and we go to the dog park across from my neighborhood every day, so he will be great with your dog! If you dog does not like other animals, I can put mine up as well, just let me know! I am a lover of all dogs and cannot wait to meet your fur babies! I currently work remotely so I will have plenty of time to care for your pet during the week or on the weekends. Just let me know what you need! I have a large fenced in yard at my house as well as a dog park across the street. I love to go for long walks with dogs as well.
About: I've been caring for dogs and horses since I was 10 years old (over 20 years). They are such an important part of my life. I am hoping to help with the care of your furry loved one, as I understand that they are as much a part of your family as any human. I have cared for all ages and health levels in canines, and have a special soft spot for senior pups! I can walk, clean up after, feed, bathe, play, snuggle, reenforce potty training, and administer medications...and have experience doing all. If I am taking your baby for a walk, please feel free to give recommendations about their favorite walking paths or dog parks. I can accommodate allergies too, with your guidance (tell me which treats they love/can eat safely, etc). I am currently between jobs and have all the flexibility and free time in the world. I am happy to take care of your loved one any time of day. I currently do not offer my personal home for boarding but I am perfectly willing to stay in your home with your loved one. My first time sitting my dog was a terrible experience and I was terrified to sit him again but a family emergency popped up and I came across her profile. Her house is clean and she was so nice during the meet and greet, my dog Smokie adores her. Not only did she go over plans on what to do with Smokie while we were away but wrote down a detailed list of everything we told her which sits out in her home in case an emergency happened on her end that anyone coming to watch her own dogs and our dog would know exactly what he needed. She also provided us with all of her emergency contacts so we knew anyone who may be in her home. She also has close contact with the vets in the area if something should happen with our pet. She is amazingly organized and prepared. The dogs have plenty of space to roam and she even had a quiet room for the dogs that can’t roam if she had to pop out of the house and can’t bring the dogs. I will never even consider another sitter after booking with her because they all pale in comparison!”

About: I absolutely love dogs and cats. I am willing to do check ins when you go out of town. I love all size dogs. If i do check ins I can come pretty much anytime of the day. I am also available on weekends. I am very responsible and trustworthy. I have watched dogs for many friends and family members. If you let me watch your dogs i will take great care of them for you! Dogs are the best animals and they are fun to be around. I also cat sit. I have a diabetic cat so I know a lot about cats. I will board your dog at my house but they have to be friendly with young kids and another dog and cat. I am also not too far from Weaverville. I’m a stay at home mom so I can be available all different times of the day. I am available weekdays and on the weekends. I do not have a fenced in yard but we do have bushes that separate it from the road and I can stay outside with them.

About: I was raised on a ranch and have always loved and cared for animals. Friends and family members often trust their pups with me. I love to take the doggies outside to run around, then let them cuddle up with us on the couch. I am currently a stay at home mom. We have a little energetic dog so alot of out day revolves around her, adding another pup to play would just be a bonus. I have a fenced yard, which I let our dog out in whenever she asks. We dont crate our dog at night, but I am happy to do that for your pup if thats what they are use to. My 2 year old son and I are home most of the day every day.
