“Neil always takes great care of our puppy!”

“Paris was great with our two kitties! We got lots of great pictures of them playing happily and we knew that they were in good hands. Thanks Paris!”

“He was great did what we told him he really cares”

“Thank for taking care of our 2 kitties! We were overall very satisfied with the care they provided and would recommend them to others. It’s clear that they are patient, kind animal lovers. The photos and videos that they sent had me in tears most of the time. They always left detailed descriptions for each visit and spent extra time spoiling them. I look forward to using their services in the future.”

“Kristie continues to be a wonderful staple in my traveling. She’s always giving me absolute peace of mind as I know she’s providing my 2 cats with the best love and care. I sleep better when I’m away because of her. Thank you again Kristie.”

“Not to be dramatic, but Louise is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! My pup, Dolly, absolutely loves her and she’s always providing the sweetest most thoughtful updates and cute pictures. I always know Dolly will be well taken care of with Louise. I work long days in the summer months, so I need someone to give her exercise and attention during the day when I can’t. With other sitters I would come home and Dolly would still seem wound up, but she seems like she’s getting exactly what she needs with Louise. Couldn’t be happier with her!”

“Joa has been so great with dropping in my dogs while I’m at work. Great communication and photos as well!”

“Nelly was well taken care of and everything was in order when we came home. We would definitely use him again!”

About: {Please note I have removed Housesitting from my services through 2025 for a health recovery. Thank you for understanding! ❤️🩹🐶} I have been Petsitting and housesitting for friends and family for more than 25 years, so I figured, why not make new friends and continue the tradition? It’s one of my greatest joys in life, getting to know and play with new puppers and their people!! I’ve cared for many types and breeds of dogs, cats, and exotic animals (snakes, tortoises, lizards, turtles, tarantulas, exotic fish, chickens, etc.) and all types of pet personalities - shy, rambunctious, skittish, lazy, grouchy, energetic, and everything in-between. From trained purebreds to rescues who have been abused or neglected and need special attention, I have worked with and enjoyed them all. I’ve administered meds, cared for sick pups and kitties, and taken my charges to the vet when needed. I could be trained to care for your pigs, goats, sheep, horses, etc. I travel a good deal and understand the importance of being able to have your non-human child well looked after and not have to worry about them while you’re out of town, or even if you’re just at work. I work remotely, so your pet gets potty breaks often, and they have a human around almost all the time. We go for small walks around a delightful neighborhood when desired, or longer walks/hikes on nearby trails if the bigger pups are game. There are no off-limits areas in our house- my pug Napoleon slept *under the covers* in the big bed he believed he owned - but if you have different rules, they will be enforced as dictated. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! I am excited to meet you - and your human friends ;)! Working remotely from my home office provides plenty of opportunity for potty breaks and puppy love in-between client interactions on the phone. It also allows me to stay full-time in your home with your pets if overnight sits are your preference. All that is needed is a strong internet connection and a comfortable, quiet place in your home to work. I have a gated yard in the front but can take little pups on-leash if there’s any concern. There’s also a small potty area in the back yard with a full fence for off-leash outside time. I can accommodate a small crate in my home, if desired. For overnights in your home, an initial meet-n-greet will be required prior to the first engagement to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

“Kumiko was amazing. Her notes and photos were a lovely surprise and really showed how much she cared for our pets. Our two cats have very different personalities, and each note showed that she was getting to know them, spending time, playing with them, and doing more than dropping food and running. Litter boxes were super clean, as were their bowls, and feeding areas on our return. We will be repeat clients for sure!”

“Sara was wonderful with JuneBug and was very communicative. Highly recommend her services!”

“Reghan was great with our dogs and highly communicative. I definitely recommend her!”

About: I have dog sat for dogs of all sizes. I’ve got experience in drop in visits, long walks, snack and food breaks, and overnight stays! I currently have plenty of time in the mornings or on the weekend to meet and pet all the animals! I also have some availability in the afternoons depending on the week I have 2 young cats that are indoor cats and are very playful. I am great at locking the door or keeping animals separated if needed.

About: I’ve had many dogs and cats over the years of my own, and love helping people with theirs! Growing up in a family that has a special love for animals gave me a compassionate heart for our four legged companions. My community knows that I am the kind of person that will rescue any animal in need of help, and they can trust me to be reliable with caring for their furry friends. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! I am available to support pet parents on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays between 8am-5pm for walks or drop-ins! I may have my son along for the adventure, if you book with me please keep this in mind! He loves animals too, helps with ours and will gladly shower your pet with attention. Looking forward to meeting your furry companions! I am a gentle, loving person and will shower your pets with attention and care. If they have special needs, I’ll be patient with them and learn how to best support them during our time together. I have a dog and cat of my own and know how important daily exercise, fresh air and play time is for their health and well-being. Our animals are our family! ❤️

“Haley is THE best!!! She was so great with my babies and patient when my dog was a little uneasy on her first visit! Always on time and responds to texts in a timely manner. She was willing to adjust to a changing schedule as well. I will definitely be requesting her again and always! She deserves more than a 5-star review!!!”

“Samantha was super kind and communicative! I accidentally had my old address on my account, and Samantha was kind and understanding and was willing to take care of my cats for a few days, even though my house was out of the range she was originally willing to do. She was willing to continue their care if I wasn't able to find anyone else, even though it would have made her schedule harder. I really appreciate Samantha and her willingness to help out. I would definitely hire her again!”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: Although lacking official pet care experience I have helped family members and friends with pet sitting and walking. I have also aided my mom with raising two puppies to full adult dogs and took care of one senior dog (family dogs). I grew up in the country of upstate new york and have loved animals since forever, all the down to the little guys like salamanders and frogs. I volunteer at the Charlotte Humane society when I can and have helped out cleaning kennels and have undergone safety training videos. I work Monday through Friday but outside of work I tend to have a pretty open and flexible schedule. My open hours are Friday afternoon through the weekend to start and then as I get more comfortable I'll open more hours up. As long as I get 24 hours notice I can figure anything out! I grew up with both a golden retriever and a Pyrenees, so I have taken care of more go with the flow dogs and then as well dogs that tend to have a more stubborn side. I read animals very well, have watched many behavioral video's, and know how to interact when animals might be more on the ornery side. I care for any animal as if they were my own which includes lot's of belly rubs, pets, and baby talk. I am an avid rule follower and won't stray from any instructions given.

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals — from potty training puppies and caring for senior dogs. I’ve also cared for rabbits, cats, newborn kittens, fish, birds, and other pets. I'm confident, compassionate, and comfortable with animals of all ages, sizes, and needs. Rover works perfectly with my schedule because I’m an independent contractor. It allows me the flexibility to provide dedicated, reliable care for your pets while still managing my own workload. You can count on me to be consistent, communicative, and available when you need someone dependable. I'm truly passionate about animals and treat every pet I care for like family. Their safety and well-being always come first. I stay alert and respond quickly if something seems off or unsafe. I’m even trained to perform the Heimlich maneuver on dogs in case of choking—because being prepared can make all the difference. You can trust that your pet is in loving and capable hands with me.
