About: Deep Compassion for animals since childhood. I didn’t have children so my pets are my kids! I’ve NEVER not had cats and dogs. I will care for your fur kids as if they are my own. I am very in tune with cats and dogs. I am Also very patient with walks. My Pekingese will sniff EVERY blade of grass and that’s ok. Safety is a priority. Your cats will not get out on my watch. Your dogs will always be leashed. Water available for them on walks when it’s hot. I am retired and I have all the time in the world. My Husband and I take care of our pets so I am available. I will enter your home with softness and will read your pet. Making sure they feel safe with me. Your cats will have high respect for petting. Some love it and some hate it. I will clean mess that could happen. And make sure your pet feels secure and loved. I’m the one you have to worry about leaving them. Whah! I know ur pets miss their parents and they might feel out of sorts. I’ll make sure they get some play in too.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: I have 4 years of professional animal care experience, and have grown up around dogs and cats. I’ve provided care for dogs, cats and reptiles. I’m comfortable working with animals with special needs. I currently work full-time on week days from 8-4. If you live within 10 minutes of West Asheville I am able to provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours. If you live further out, I can provide breaks every 8 hours. I have a decent amount of flexibility in my schedule and I have no pets of my own, so all of my attention can be on your fur babies!! I can’t currently offer boarding in my home as my roommate has a dog, but I am happy to come to your house. If needed, I can provide plant care during my stay, and will ensure you come home to a clean house and happy animals.

About: I've lived on a homestead my whole life. I have provided overnight and daytime care for family's, friends', and neighbors' pets. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, hamsters, hermit crabs, and many species of bird including chickens, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, and parakeets. About: I have had a love for animals my whole life and been watching animals since I was 15. I know CPR and first aid for humans along with animals. I also have experience working at rescue shelters and humane societies. Spending time with your animals gives me the ability to de-strees while I can't have animals of my own, because of wanting to travel. My cat is my dog's best friend. If I end up taking care of pets overnight, I can arrange care for my own! I try to go to the dog park at least twice a day!
