About: I’ve taken care of dogs & cats since I was 10. I’ve helped numerous friends, neighbors, and family members with house sitting, dog walks, and pet care. I am a PA student on clinical rotations so I have a lot of flexibility. I am currently a second year PA student on clinical rotations so I have a lot of flexibility to take care of your fur babies. I live in an apartment so I would prefer to take care of your fur baby in your own home but I am flexible to other arrangements.
“Maite was amazing. She posted photos of our Pango and reported back to us if anything did not look right with Pango, he had been limping for a while and she right away reported to us when it was getting worse. We will certainly recommended to anyone.”

About: Your dog will be happy and well taken care of with me around. Being a lover and active outdoorsman, dogs get plenty of exercise with me around. I am quite happy to spend hours taking dogs on long hikes. I am an early riser, so dogs don't have to wait around for me to get out of bed. I like to get going with a good walk, then explore an area I am staying, so it is best if dog can do okay alone for 3 or 4 hours, but I am willing to discuss this, and then I am usually content to spend most of the evening home. I have done over 140 pet sits in other people's homes and can't wait to do many more and meet some great dogs. I will be in the Canyon Lake/New Braunfels, Texas area until November 28 and am available for dog walks and drop-in visits, but not overnight stays. Starting November 28, I will be available for overnight sits until December 22. Because it is starting to get hot, I prefer early morning and early evening walks. If I am in the mountains, however, I am open to taking dogs on longer hikes. I prefer sits where dogs are okay to be left alone for 4-6 hours.
About: I have loved all kinds of animals my whole life - from helping frogs cross the road as a child to rehabilitating an abandoned blue Jay as a teenager to rescuing stray dogs as an adult. There is no greater joy in my life than showing love to animals. I have volunteered at local human societies as a caretaker and foster mom. I have two rescue pitbulls of my own that thrive on our farmstead. My most recent professional work with animals has been a three-year employment with a boarding kennel as a pet caretaker where we played with pets, groomed them, walked the dogs, cleaned up messes, and administered medication, along with many other duties. In my current career, I work with troubled youth in outdoor education. I am moving towards becoming a full-time farmstead though, and would love to make additional income pouring love and attention to your beloved animals. Looking forward to meeting you and your loved ones! Rover will be my part-time job as I move my farmstead forward with my husband. We are working on creating an area for a fun and stimulating dog daycare that includes 2 acres of grassy fenced-in yard and a pond. I would like to establish recurring clients each week on a Tuesday/Thursday or Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday schedule. I will be available in the Marshall area starting in July 2023. I can meet with you before this date for a meet and greet. I will always put your pet's needs first. I am skilled at administering medications and have been trained in Canine CPR and choking. In addition, I'm a certified Wilderness First Responder and a skilled hiker - so I can take your dog for a hike as well! My typical visit would include cleaning up any messes, showering your pet with love, administering medications, and playing/walking them. We can customize any visit based on what you and your pet need.

About: My family has owned dogs since before I can remember, and I’ve always loved playing with them and petting them. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve taken care of many of my family’s and friend’s pets, and it’s usually easy for me to build a friendly relationship with animals. Friday and Saturday evenings, I’m also free. Tuesdays I’m free at night, Wednesdays I’m free in the morning, and Thursday can be free depending on the week. I give each pet individual attention and care. Treats, toys, the whole nine yards. While I can’t watch pets in my own home, I’m happy to do whatever you think is necessary for your pet to have an easy and happy time while you’re out of town or busy.

“Cynthia was great! She followed my lengthy, anxious-pet-parent instructions, and she found the sweet side of my barky Schnauzer. She hung out with my two dogs, played with them, cuddled, and made sure doggie business was taken care of. With me, Cynthia was friendly and professional. 5 stars for sure, and I hope to ask her to care for my babies again in the future. Highly recommend!”

Whether it’s a quick drop-in or an overnight stay, your pup will feel safe, happy and deeply loved in my care I work from home as an artist and am almost always here, so your dog will get consistent walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles throughout the day. They won’t be left alone except for quick errands. 🐾 My home is very dog-friendly with a fully fenced in yard, tons of toys, comfy dog beds, and lots of space to relax. About: Since I was 16, I have been the go to pet/home sitter for the church I grew up in. Word spread quickly of my reliability and soon, it became a full “part-time” gig. I’ve cared for birds, cats, dogs of ALL sizes, reptiles, fish, mice and lots of other gerbil sized fluff balls. Along with classic domesticated animals, I’m also familiar with caring for a handful of farm animals such as; chickens, goats, and horses. I’m currently working in the wonderful world of Wilderness Therapy. This means I work 15 days in the field and then have 13 days off. During these 2 week periods of free time, I would be honored to care for and get to know your pets! I’m primarily offering housesitting and drop in visits as I have 2 feline friends, Chloe and Noir, at home that are wary of “strangers”. I will spend as much time at your home with your furry child as you’d like, even staying the night if you’d prefer. The mornings and afternoons are dedicated to the doggos, specifically going on walks or getting some exercise! I am a reliable and trustworthy character that is honored to have this opportunity to snuggle and play with your hairy loved ones.
“Kayla kept us well informed about our 2 little fur babies and based on the photos they enjoyed having her watch after them. Although this was our first time using Kayla we will definitely request her again. Thank you Kayla for taking such good care of our little ones.”
