About: I have been an animal lover for life and a dog owner for two years. Before that I have been a dog sitter several times in the UK, where I am from. I have regularly cat-sit for a family, which included taking the little feline out on walks in her harness! From my first job at a dog boarding company, to training and protecting my anxious 80lb pibble, to long cuddles with my lazy couch potato hound, to say I’ve learned a lot about dog care and psychology is an understatement. About: I have 4 years of professional animal care experience, and have grown up around dogs and cats. I’ve provided care for dogs, cats and reptiles. I’m comfortable working with animals with special needs. I currently work full-time on week days from 8-4. If you live within 10 minutes of West Asheville I am able to provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours. If you live further out, I can provide breaks every 8 hours. I have a decent amount of flexibility in my schedule and I have no pets of my own, so all of my attention can be on your fur babies!! I can’t currently offer boarding in my home as my roommate has a dog, but I am happy to come to your house. If needed, I can provide plant care during my stay, and will ensure you come home to a clean house and happy animals.

About: Well I have quite a few experiences with pets, especially dogs… I currently work part-time at a doggy daycare/boarding facility where I am the closing lead at. Before the job I work at currently, I had worked at another doggy daycare/boarding facility where it had let me gain the experience I needed to hop into my position at my current job. Also on the side I have pet sat for some friends and family friends… along with all of that I do have my own dog, her name is Goose and she is a rescue! Goose and I have had a long journey of ups and downs dealing with making her more confident in the word, which really sparked an interest in training and rehabilitating dogs. I have yet to get my certifications for training, but they’re coming soon I care for pets on the regular, whether it be at work for 8 hours a couple days a week of at the end of the day with my dog. I care for animals most part of my days, even if I am at my friends house, you will see me attached to their cat/dog I deal with a bunch of pets with a bunch of needs. At work, we have dogs that need medicine at a timely manor or they have specific meals that need to be prepped. So far i’ve dealt with a bunch of specific pet needs, that I feel like I could easily adapt to any new pets.
