About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies. I own two friendly dogs, one sassy cat, and a baby ball python myself- variety is the spice of life. If you’re looking for a medically experienced caretaker for your kids, I’m your gal! *also have grooming experience with medical needs animals I just moved to the Asheville area, so Im excited to explore around. I have just taken a M-Th veterinary position, but I still plan on working Rover into my daily schedule! I have two friendly dogs, who will play with dogs that want to play, ignore the ones who don’t, and will be gentle with the young and little ones. I do not have a yard, but I am very active and used to taking my large dogs for >3-4 mile walks daily.

I have owned dogs my whole life and am very comfortable taking them on walks and keeping them company. I will also work on leash training with your dog. Overall, I can tire out your pet with long walks and play time (and cuddle time too, if needed!) About: My availability sets me apart allows for client flexibility AND we live on a beautiful 1-acre wooded lot in beautiful Fairview. I posses the same quality as all those who are lucky enough to love animals; heart clenching, weeping endearment for all animals. I want to love them all. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I have two cats in my home now, they spend my days coming in and out of my "office." If caring for an animal in their own home, I am free to come and go and will, depending in the needs of the clients. I do not have a fenced yard, however, we are located tucked back off of and away from any major thoroughfare that could pose any danger. In client home care will consist of adhering to all safety procedures indicated and paying close attention the the clients environment.

Rachel was very responsive and communicative which made her meeting Bandit, going over Bandit's care, and getting keys, etc., all easy and seamless! It is clear she loves and understands pets very well. We were away for over 2 weeks and Rachel came for daily visits during that time - she sent photos and updates each day and it was clear that Bandit was very happy and well cared for.
