About: My friends tell me I treat their pets like my own when I watch them! People have told me that they appreciate that I pay attention to details and send lots of updates. I have an elderly dog myself with special needs, have taken dog training classes and genuinely love animals! I am excited to learn about what care your dog needs and help them feel safe and cared for! I can do recurring drop ins once we have had our first sitting to make sure it’s a good fit! I have my calendar blocked off Tuesdays and Thursdays but feel free to reach out about one-offs! I work remotely, so I’d like to make myself available to help you out during the day with quick drop ins, short walks and potty breaks! My currently availability says the morning but I do have some availability in the afternoons at times. My dog is trained with positive reinforcement based methods. She is an older dog with medication requirements and I understand the extra care and play restrictions they can have! Whether it’s creating a quick interactive puzzle game or playing gently in the backyard, happy to help your dog get some attention during the day!

About: What started out as an occasional cat sitting for my family friends quickly turned into a career. I have taken care of people’s horses, cats, dogs, chickens, basically you name it! From Wilmington, to Blowing Rock, to the great state of South Dakota, I have provided reliable and safe care for hundreds of animals so their owners can rest assured while they are away. I am currently a new mom to a wonder baby boy, so getting a full time scheduled position doesn’t work for me right now. I have plenty of help with him however, and would love to get some outdoor time with your pets when you need it most! I am very comfortable with in home visits, as that is what I became accustomed to while farm sitting. I am great at following a routine and instructions, and there is no doubt your pet will be the care they need. In addition, I have my own dog so I’m used to going on as long of a walk as your dog may need!

I am a retired childbirth educator, doula, and Hypnotherapist. I am blessed to have my days to myself and am home all day except for errands and hikes. We live in Sun City, Georgetown, Texas. Since I'm retired, my schedule is wide open. Lana, my partner, works full time from home. Our two little 5 year old poodle mixes are used to welcoming and entertaining new furry friends, since they have "fostered" many dogs over the years.
