About: My friends tell me I treat their pets like my own when I watch them! People have told me that they appreciate that I pay attention to details and send lots of updates. I have an elderly dog myself with special needs, have taken dog training classes and genuinely love animals! I am excited to learn about what care your dog needs and help them feel safe and cared for! I work remotely, so I’d like to make myself available to help you out during the day with quick drop ins, short walks and potty breaks! My currently availability says the morning but I do have some availability in the afternoons at times. My dog is trained with positive reinforcement based methods. She is an older dog with medication requirements and I understand the extra care and play restrictions they can have! Whether it’s creating a quick interactive puzzle game or playing gently in the backyard, happy to help your dog get some attention during the day!

About: Nothing lights me up more than spending time with animals. I have experience with animals of all personalities, ages and health issues. I am patient, gentle, kind, and love to be active with my highly energetic furry friends. As a pet sitter, I am very attentive to both you and your pets. About: As a child I was always the person that was bringing home the lost and injured animals I came across. Not much has changed as an adult. I worked with a pet rescue for over a decade, unfortunately the rescue was dissolved but my love for animals has not faded. I have experience with many different species of pets, ranging in age from newborn and needing to be fed every 2 hours to senior animals that need extra care and patience. I am experienced in giving medicine, and providing all the love and attention your fur babies deserve. I am currently in a career transition and taking classes part time at a local college so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets and make sure they have as much love as possible. I am very diligent in making sure all of your requests are followed to the letter. I personally have a dog that needs wiped after she potties to prevent UTIs and it is a deal breaking for me when I can tell a sitter has not followed my instructions. I understand that routine is important and strive to be a few minutes early for every appointment. I also understand that someone other than yourself caring for your beloved furbaby can be stressful for both you and them. I strive to ease as much of that stress for both parents and furchildren as possible. As a pet parent myself who also uses a sitter when I have to be away for any length of time, having that trusted sitter is life saving.

About: I have had pets my whole life and taken care of friends and neighbors pets as well. We have a beloved dog named Marley, a ball python, and 15 chickens. I love animals and can’t wait to meet and get to know yours! My availability is open, so let me know if you need set walking times, or pet sitting, Especially during the week, but also weekends work! I can come to you, to walk your dog, or care for any pets in your home, clean out liter boxes, water plants or check mail.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I've been in the veterinary field for 10+ years and have always had pets growing up. I'm a licensed veterinary medical technician and have experience in General Practice, Emergency/ICU, Exotics, and Research. I'm a single mom with an 8 year old daughter, 2 dogs, and 3 cats at home. I understand the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule for your pets both for their mental and physical health. I love building relationships with different animals and I can't wait to meet yours! I currently work full-time as a vet tech, but am able to do drop-ins before and after my shifts. I'm also available for more drop-ins during the weekend. My goal is for you and your pet to feel as comfortable as possible. I understand having someone come into your house can be stressful for both yourself and your pets. Communication is key and knowing what to expect can make this process go smoothly. Also, patience and taking it slow can help calm a pet's anxiety which is always my goal. Once your pet is comfortable with me, basic care such as feeding, taking outside, giving medications, etc. is just the minimum. The human-animal bond is important and playing with them and spending time with them only increases that bond. Whether your pet enjoys playing fetch, frisbee, or whatever, those things are great for your pet.

About: My style is very gentle, understanding, and affectionate, though I am also very clear with boundaries and behaviors. I was a foster parent for Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico for three years. I have special experience with pregnant dogs and cats, newborns, and I have a big soft spot for senior pets. I am an avid hiker and walker, so your babies will get plenty of exercise! I am a retired childbirth educator, doula, and Hypnotherapist. I am blessed to have my days to myself and am home all day except for errands and hikes. We live in Sun City, Georgetown, Texas. Since I'm retired, my schedule is wide open. Lana, my partner, works full time from home. Our two little 5 year old poodle mixes are used to welcoming and entertaining new furry friends, since they have "fostered" many dogs over the years.

About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies. I own two friendly dogs, one sassy cat, and a baby ball python myself- variety is the spice of life. If you’re looking for a medically experienced caretaker for your kids, I’m your gal! *also have grooming experience with medical needs animals I just moved to the Asheville area, so Im excited to explore around. I have just taken a M-Th veterinary position, but I still plan on working Rover into my daily schedule! I have two friendly dogs, who will play with dogs that want to play, ignore the ones who don’t, and will be gentle with the young and little ones. I do not have a yard, but I am very active and used to taking my large dogs for >3-4 mile walks daily.
