About: With 2 cattle dogs of my own, my love for animals has been consistent throughout my life. My day revolves around making my pups happy and comfortable, I would ensure that same standard to your furry friends. Special meals, walks, fetch, enrichment, and more, catering to your pal is my mission. I am a personal trainer and currently only work online, the only time I am out of the house is for any grocery runs or a workout of my own. I am constantly around for any animals needs as I have 2 very spoiled and needy dogs, and 2 hungry cats of my own. We live in a home in fletcher on 4 acres and a pond with an unfenced yard. Cats have a designated room with 2 litter boxes, lots of toys and food. Doggy day care includes fetch and or walks around the hilly neighborhood, maybe a dip in the pond! Dogs who are not off-leash trained will be on leash any time out doors.

About: My wife and I have raised my 7 year old black lab since he was a puppy and learned from his needs and wants throughout the years. I live in a small community where I routinely walk my dog but also have a decent sized back yard where your pets can play. About: I have owned pets for over 8 years; both dogs and cats. I have little experience with dogs under 1 year old, but I am responsible and diligent so I believe that I can handle dogs under 1 if I am given the chance. I have dog sit for a couple that had 4 dogs, and they were all over 50 pounds, so I am good at handling multiple dogs. I have never been hired to take care of a cat, but I have lived with cats for over 10 years, so I know how to take care of them. I love both dogs and cats, and I am excited to meet your four-legged friends! I currently do not have a job due to the fact that I am in school. I have class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 2 pm, so any scheduling would have to work around that. I am available all day on any other day to dog walk, pet sit during the day, or overnight. I am very attentive when it comes to taking care of anyone's pets, and I treat them as if they were my own. I love to play with cats or dogs indoor or outdoor. About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. I have had decades of experience with a variety of pets, from blind pugs to anxious mutts to timid cats and everything in between. As a middle-aged woman with many responsibilities and experiences, I am adept at managing a wide variety of pet tasks with conscientiousness and skill. You can be confident that your dogs and cats will be in safe and loving hands with me while you are away. I am a freelance writer and work only part-time from home, so I have an abundance of time to be fully in the moment with your pets and provide them quality care, supervision, and one-on-one attention. I have a wonderful husband who loves animals and 16-year old son (who also adores animals), and a 20-year-old son studying at Chapel Hill, who helps me with the dogs in my care when he is home for the summer and on breaks. Currently, I have a wonderful, small group of regular dogs who come for daycare most days of the week. I always make sure prospective dogs are a good fit with the group to ensure safety and an optimal experience for all the dogs. We love meeting new dogs and welcome having new playmates here at "Camp Dewdog." These guys have so much fun here, romp around the yard, hide in the shrubery, zoom around the porch, and go on walks in our Montford neighborhood to see the goats and chickens down the street or to the Reed's Creek Greenway, or Hummingbird Park. There's never a dull moment here, except when the pups are sacked out on our porch swing bed or lounging in the house on the sheepskin rugs. Your pets will be cared for with the same dedication and attentiveness as with my own pets. Dogs can either roam and lounge in our large Victorian home or frolic in our lush fenced yard and porch. Montford is also a lovely neighborhood to go on walks with dogs, with lots of parks nearby, resident goats and chickens down the street at our friends' house, and Reed's Creek Greenway just around the corner.
