About: I bring a broad background in animal care, with years of experience volunteering at dog and cat rescues in Guatemala. During that time, I fostered dogs, trained puppies, and assisted at spay and neuter clinics. I am active and enjoy running with dogs, which makes me a great match for high-energy pets. In addition to my dog experience, I have worked with horses and lived with cats, giving me a strong understanding of animals with different needs and personalities. My goal is always to provide compassionate, attentive, and reliable care so pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule and can provide pet care 24/7. I live on a quiet dead-end road in the woods, right by a river, providing a peaceful and secure environment for pets. I have a friendly cat to keep other animals company when appropriate. I also care for pets in their own homes, spending time training, walking, and engaging them safely outdoors. I am attentive and vigilant, ensuring pets are happy, supervised, and well-cared for at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages, colors, and sizes since I was 10! Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and love on their fur babies. My husband and two kids just moved here from Texas. We plan to spend most of our time playing outside, walking, and relaxing at home! I have a big front and back yard as well as lots of dog toys and dog treats for your fur babies to feel comfortable! There are regular water bowls accesible for the pups and I even have an extra kennel if needed.

About: As a child I was always the person that was bringing home the lost and injured animals I came across. Not much has changed as an adult. I worked with a pet rescue for over a decade, unfortunately the rescue was dissolved but my love for animals has not faded. I have experience with many different species of pets, ranging in age from newborn and needing to be fed every 2 hours to senior animals that need extra care and patience. I am experienced in giving medicine, and providing all the love and attention your fur babies deserve. I am currently in a career transition and taking classes part time at a local college so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets and make sure they have as much love as possible. I am very diligent in making sure all of your requests are followed to the letter. I personally have a dog that needs wiped after she potties to prevent UTIs and it is a deal breaking for me when I can tell a sitter has not followed my instructions. I understand that routine is important and strive to be a few minutes early for every appointment. I also understand that someone other than yourself caring for your beloved furbaby can be stressful for both you and them. I strive to ease as much of that stress for both parents and furchildren as possible. As a pet parent myself who also uses a sitter when I have to be away for any length of time, having that trusted sitter is life saving.

About: I have worked Animal Rescue, Fostering, Rehabilitation, and Adoptions the last 6 years! I understand pet parents, can easily follow instructions, and will stay alert to your pet needs! I will value your pet as I would my own! I currently work remotely, so I am extremely flexible. If not house sitting, I can make as many or little stops at your house as needed. I prefer to not board animals at my home. I do not have a fenced in yard, so it is not very suitable for a dog.

About: My husband and I both work from home and have a large, fenced-in yard. We have one dog and two cats of our own and have previously fostered both dogs and cats with the Asheville Humane Society. Not only am I a huge animal lover, but I also am well versed in dog behavior and can administer medicine if needed. I’ll treat your pup like one of my own, including lots of belly rubs, play and treat time and of course, I’ll send you photos so you know your dog or cat is okay. My husband and I both work from home, so your dog will receive lots of attention during their stay. We have many dog beds, toys, and big windows that many Rover dogs have enjoyed looking out of. We have a large, fenced-in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. Our two cats have been with us since they were just a few weeks old (they are foster fails), so they grew up with our dogs and are used to dogs. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m happy to customize your experience specifically for your fur baby with their likes and dislikes! We have a secure, fenced in yard for potty breaks and play time. We have reliable transportation should an emergency arise. We have doggy steps for our two senior dogs, if your dog needs to use them too.

About: https://www.rover.com/sit/kaitlr39001 I have about 4 years of experience with medically fragile dogs as my dog is a diabetic and takes insulin and requires a prescription diet with frequent potty breaks as well as one other dog who is on daily medications. My other senior pup has discospondylosis so daily medications are something I am very very familiar with as well as being more careful and slower with pups. I currently do part time work from home so I am almost always available to pet sit or board or in home pet sit or even walk your animals. I am a HUGE advocate for animal safety regardless of breed. I love all animals and would never put my dogs or any other animal in harms way.

About: Hello! I have always been surrounded by dogs growing up and lived with a dalmatian, GSP, and weimeraner before moving out of my parents home! I have cared for itty bitty chihuahuas to massive bull mastiff-pitt mix dogs. I have worked with pets who need medication and special care, as well as anxious dogs who need constant activity (or to just be left alone). I understand that pets are a part of the family and need to be cared for as such. I have my own pup now and know how important it is to have a trusted caretaker so you can fully enjoy your time away. I currently work part time in a very flexible environment making it easy to accommodate many different needs and scheduling preferences. Any pets are treated like part of the family and given full priority over any other engagements I’m happt to board other dogs if meet and greet goes well with my own pup! I’m more than willing to stay overnight in others homes if that makes you more comfortable, or just have multiple drop in visits at your preference.
