About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my well-rounded experience and genuine love for animals of all ages. I’ve cared for energetic puppies, mellow senior pets, and everything in between. I’m patient, observant, and always make sure each pet gets the attention and care they need—whether that’s playtime, a slow walk, or just some quiet company. I’ve also had experience with basic training, helping puppies learn good habits early on. I treat every pet like family and always aim to create a safe, loving environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. As a student-athlete at Montreat College, my schedule is busy but structured, which helps me stay organized and make time for what I love—caring for pets. Taking care of animals is actually a fun and relaxing getaway from the demands of school and sports. I already care for my own Maltipoo and cat, so it’s second nature to fit walks, playtime, and feedings into my day. It’s something I look forward to and take seriously, always making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always aim to create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow the pet’s routine closely—sticking to their feeding schedule, walk times, play habits, and any special instructions you provide. In a client’s home, I respect the space and make sure everything is clean and secure. If pets stay with me, they’ll have a cozy spot to relax, plenty of attention, and time outside for walks and play. I focus on keeping things calm and consistent so your pet feels right at home, even when you’re away.

About: Every day is a day full of fur in my world. My pets, and the pets I care for as an experienced veterinary technician. I love every animal like they are my own and always go the extra mile for their happiness. I am honored to be entrusted with their care if you will have me. I am currently taking a break from my career as a veterinary technician to pursue a master's degree. I am very flexible for this reason. As an experienced pet owner and veterinary technician I can medicate, give injections, crate, soothe, feed and play with your pets with ease and confidence. I have worked with scared rescues who no one else would sit for. I am good with animals from all backgrounds and situations. You tell me what your usual routine and preferences are and I will make sure it happens.

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life. I’m a pre-veterinary major and love all sorts of creatures. Want to care for animals while in school! I’ve dog and cat sat many times, dog walked, bathed, fed, and more for many different people such as friends, family, and neighbors. When at home, I not only spend time with my two dogs, but I also help to care for them by feeding them, giving them their medicine, taking them on walks, giving them baths, and just loving on them. I have a special touch with animals and understand that trust between the animal is key. I let them come to me and adjust at their pace. Always approach with love and care and treat them how I do my own!

About: Animals, dogs specifically, have always been a huge part of my life. I've always love to care for them. At a young age I started walking dogs and caring for them overnight. I've waited a long time to get my own dog. I finally have a work life balance and would love to help others care for their pet! They'll be treated like royalty at my place :) I currently work Tue - Sat, with a couple remote days during the week. During my days off and remote days I'd love to spend my time walking, playing & loving your dog! Your pet will feel at home, especially with my friendly pup. I live in a very dog friendly complex that has a massive dog park area that the dogs love to play and sniff in.

About: Available the weekend of Sept 13-15 around Dover, OH! Decades of experience with dogs! I had my first dog for 18 yrs until she passed, then a lab/pit mix rescue until she passed, and have doggie-sat and loved more puppers than I can recall off the top of my head! I have watched all sizes of dogs, from little lap dogs up to Danes and Pyrennes. I am happy to give daily exercise, and provide photos and daily updates so that you know your fur-babies are being loved! I am based in Asheville, NC. For longer house-stays and sitting, I am available for areas around Asheville: ie Burnsville, Old Fort, Waynesville, etc, and along the I-40 corridor from Asheville to Morganton/Valdese. Dog care will be provided as to the instructions from the dog's human...lots of walks and fetch, assuming the dog is fit and able, snuggles and scritches almost always.

About: I have had a dog for as long as Ive been born. Taking care of animals and taking my dog out for a walk makes my day as well as his. I have dog sat for neighbors and also walked dogs of all sizes around my neighborhood. Moving to college I decided to get this app to continue helping others whether they're on vacation or have work and unable to walk their dog. My goal is to make every pet feel safe and happy while you're away, and give you the piece of mind knowing they're in capable, loving hands. I am currently a student athlete at Montreat college and love the outdoors. Whenever I’m off of school and practice I would love to walk your dog. Whether it's for 30 minutes or an hour I would love to make time to give your dog an enjoyable walk rain or shine! On walks I keep your dog away from the street and always will walk him/her on the inside of me. Keeping your puppy safe is my main priority while also giving them a fun walk.

About: I have always had animals of my own that I cared for growing up including cats and dogs, horses, goats, birds, and bunnies! Around the age of 14 I started pet sitting ALL animals (including those stated earlier + reptiles, bugs, livestock, etc…) for friends and family, with eventually led to building a client base outside of that for the following 4 years :) Ive lived in Asheville for 2 years now- Ready to care for any critter! I’m jobless due to the displacement of hurricane, I am willing to really work whenever as long as it doesn’t interfere with my therapy appointments! I have a ‘pet go bag’ of extra leashes and collars, poop bags, aid, and toys for any and all critters just incase of emergencies!

About: My style is very gentle, understanding, and affectionate, though I am also very clear with boundaries and behaviors. I was a foster parent for Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico for three years. I have special experience with pregnant dogs and cats, newborns, and I have a big soft spot for senior pets. I am an avid hiker and walker, so your babies will get plenty of exercise! I am a retired childbirth educator, doula, and Hypnotherapist. I am blessed to have my days to myself and am home all day except for errands and hikes. We live in Sun City, Georgetown, Texas. Since I'm retired, my schedule is wide open. Lana, my partner, works full time from home. Our two little 5 year old poodle mixes are used to welcoming and entertaining new furry friends, since they have "fostered" many dogs over the years.

About: I've spent much of my life around cats, dogs, and farm animals, and would love an opportunity to provide your pet with tailored care and attention. Though I have only cats at home, I love to pet-sit so I can hang out with dogs! Active dogs will get lots of play and outside time according to your preferences, but if your furry friend is happier lounging on a couch, I'll be glad to keep them company. In addition to cats and dogs, I've also been the "critter sitter" for various farm animals-- horses, mules, goats, rabbits, and chickens. I currently work part time, so my schedule is very flexible. Whenever possible, I will match your daily routines so your pet feels more comfortable. My general approach to house-sitting/visits is "leave no trace." Any issues that occur in your space will be communicated promptly. I also have a fenced yard where pups can roam and play safely, though I prefer leash walks (or short hikes, if you're comfortable!)

About: Nothing lights me up more than spending time with animals. I have experience with animals of all personalities, ages and health issues. I am patient, gentle, kind, and love to be active with my highly energetic furry friends. As a pet sitter, I am very attentive to both you and your pets. I'm happy to take them on adventures, and to send regular updates (with pictures!). I'm located in Swannanoa, but able to pet sit around the entire Asheville metro area. I have two of my own fur babies and I love meeting new friends! I can't wait to meet you and your pets! M-F I work remotely and can flex my hours based around what's needed. I would not be able to do more than just walks or short drop-in visits. I can do longer drop-ins on the weekends. I care for your pets like I care for mine. Completely spoil, making sure their needs are met, engaging them in stimulating activities, and getting their energy out.

About: I’ve had and cared for dogs and cats my entire life. My neighbors call on me as they know how much I love their pets as my own. I have experience with training and had an Australian Labradoodle as well as cat. I am not quite ready to get a new dog but would love to spend time with some furry friends with my current flexibility! I work from home, my husband works a lot and my 16 year old is busy being a teenager. I’m very flexible and can do doggy walks, overnights stays and even host dogs at my house. I have no current pets. I have a fenced in yard and a great neighborhood for walking dogs! Working from home allows plenty of time for extra snuggles and playing.
