About: I have always felt a special connection with dogs. I'm patient and attentive to their needs. I had a golden retriever for 13 years. I trained him as a puppy and he had a happy life. I love all dog breeds and I would be grateful to watch your dog(s). I have a flexible work schedule. I work from home 8:30am - 3:00pm on Monday - Friday.. but I'm able to do walks or drop-ins during the daytime as needed. Weekends I'm completely free. I will care for your dog(s) however you prefer and I follow instructions well. I will send you updates and photos while I'm caring for your dog(s). They will be walked, let-out, fed, played with, etc.. exactly how you would like.

About: https://www.rover.com/sit/kaitlr39001 I have about 4 years of experience with medically fragile dogs as my dog is a diabetic and takes insulin and requires a prescription diet with frequent potty breaks as well as one other dog who is on daily medications. My other senior pup has discospondylosis so daily medications are something I am very very familiar with as well as being more careful and slower with pups. I currently do part time work from home so I am almost always available to pet sit or board or in home pet sit or even walk your animals. I am a HUGE advocate for animal safety regardless of breed. I love all animals and would never put my dogs or any other animal in harms way.

About: My husband and I both work from home and have a large, fenced-in yard. We have one dog and two cats of our own and have previously fostered both dogs and cats with the Asheville Humane Society. Not only am I a huge animal lover, but I also am well versed in dog behavior and can administer medicine if needed. If you’d like references, please let me know and I’d be happy to provide some for you. I’ll treat your pup like one of my own, including lots of belly rubs, play and treat time and of course, I’ll send you photos so you know your dog or cat is okay. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from Black Mountain. If you’re visiting Asheville and need recommendations on where to eat and things to do, let me know! My husband and I both work from home, so your dog will receive lots of attention during their stay. We have many dog beds, toys, and big windows that many Rover dogs have enjoyed looking out of. We have a large, fenced-in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. Our two cats have been with us since they were just a few weeks old (they are foster fails), so they grew up with our dogs and are used to dogs. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m happy to customize your experience specifically for your fur baby with their likes and dislikes! We have a secure, fenced in yard for potty breaks and play time. We have reliable transportation should an emergency arise. We have doggy steps for our two senior dogs, if your dog needs to use them too.

I prefer to not board animals at my home. I do not have a fenced in yard, so it is not very suitable for a dog.

About: I have had many different animals my entire life including cats, ferrets, chinchillas, chickens, ducks, hamsters, rabbits… In my 20’s I founded “Not Just Pets, Professional Pet Care”. In my 30’s I founded “Equine Specialist, Care and Training”. I had horses for over 30 years. I trained, showed, pleasure road, belonged to 3 horse clubs and eventually started my own 4-H club. I have bred and trained Boston Terriers and German Shepherds. Currently, I have 4 dogs that I rescued from a SC kill shelter. I have worked with Aly from Coal Mountain and Karen from Arcadia Animal Rescue’s. Both have been amazed by how well adjusted the four dogs have become considering how terrified they were in which no one else would take a chance on. Animals are my passion and greatest friends! I make my own schedule and am flexible to care for your furry family! Every situation can be different. Meeting with the client and their animals is important. I like to know about any vices, medications, vet info, where supplies are at, etc. Taking notes and leaving daily notes for each client keeps communication open and I find is appreciated.

About: I have pet sat for many families in the past. I have about 3 regulars. I started pet sitting in my neighborhood about 2 and a half years ago and also got on another app and have had about 2 sittings from there. I have pet sat mostly dogs but also cats. I have done overnights, visits throughout the day, boarding in my home, walking, etc. I am also about to start including dog training! I also would love to add in hiking! I would even be up for doing day care in my home! I have also cared for senior dogs and have experience with giving medications. I have a German Shepherd so I love to get out and be active! I am currently working part time but am planning to go fully to pet sitting so I can help more pet owners out! I am not in school so I will be available the whole day to spend time with your pups. Your pup will be able to go outside when needed and get love 24/7. We have a fully fenced yard so lots of room for your pup to run! We also go on daily walks and sometimes enjoy going out hiking or to the park. I am very keen on crate training so your pup will need to be crated while unsupervised in my home. This is for mine and my dogs safety but also for your dogs safety! We keep our home very clean and dog/ puppy proof so no need to worry about your pup getting into anything! We also keep chew bones up and any high value items up. They get these high value items when they are individually in their crates or their own space! We have three dogs for your pup to play and socialize with always under supervision of me or the other person in my home.

About: Hi! My name is Jade and I am an avid dog enthusiast and college student. I currently own a 1 year old Australian Shepherd and boy oh boy does he have energy. Before him I had another Aussie (female) who acquired cancer around 7-8years old, because of this I have sadly become very skilled with working with sick/hurting dogs. I also love to train dogs, my current Aussie has a Novice Trick Dog title from AKC and we are working on his intermediate title while learning Conformation skills and Therapy dog skills. I am very patient with the pups and am a big believer in positive reinforcement. My Aussie is registered and I am very good friends with his breeder who is very knowledgeable in this field and is always happy to lend a hand. Currently I have no dogs at home, because I live in Tennessee for college and my Aussie is back with my family in Texas. Thanks for your consideration!! I love walking dogs (I live in a safe-gated apartment complex) and chilling on the couch with sweet cats! I have a large apartment, and can take the dogs on long walks to suit their needs.
