My first time sitting my dog was a terrible experience and I was terrified to sit him again but a family emergency popped up and I came across her profile. Her house is clean and she was so nice during the meet and greet, my dog Smokie adores her. Not only did she go over plans on what to do with Smokie while we were away but wrote down a detailed list of everything we told her which sits out in her home in case an emergency happened on her end that anyone coming to watch her own dogs and our dog would know exactly what he needed. She also provided us with all of her emergency contacts so we knew anyone who may be in her home. She also has close contact with the vets in the area if something should happen with our pet. She is amazingly organized and prepared. The dogs have plenty of space to roam and she even had a quiet room for the dogs that can’t roam if she had to pop out of the house and can’t bring the dogs. I will never even consider another sitter after booking with her because they all pale in comparison!”

About: What started out as an occasional cat sitting for my family friends quickly turned into a career. I have taken care of people’s horses, cats, dogs, chickens, basically you name it! About: As a remote Registered Nurse (RN), I bring a clinical eye to pet care. I notice subtle changes in behavior or health that others might miss. I’m comfortable administering medications in any form, from pills to inhalers, and my own pets are on daily medication routines so it’s second nature. My background in farming gave me hands-on experience with animal health and handling, and I’ve worked with my own dogs on training from puppyhood. I’m home all day, every day, so your dog gets constant attention and care, not just a place to play and sleep. I work from home Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the day. I have lots of time for walks, potty breaks, and playtime, and my job allows me to step away whenever your pup needs attention. I can work from my office or the couch, wherever your dog is most comfortable. On my days off I tend to stay close to home, and if I do need to run an errand I won’t be gone long and can always accommodate you and your dog’s needs. I share my home with three animals who are very well loved. Haddie is my 7 year old spayed terrier mix, about 22 pounds, and my two cats are Zuzu, a spayed senior, and June, who is 4 years old and also spayed. Each of them has their own dietary and medical needs, so I’m already in the routine of specialized diets and medications. Your dog will fit right into that level of care. Haddie goes out every two to four hours and we walk together every day. There’s also plenty of backyard playtime. The backyard is not currently fenced, but a fence is going up soon. In the meantime I have a post with a long leash line in the yard and keep Haddie on a harness. I am always outside with her when using the leash line and never leave her unattended, and will do the same for your dog. My home is clean, open, and pet friendly. The furniture and beds are fair game for your dog. I do have a dedicated cat room with a gate that only the cats can fit through, so they always have their own safe space. All of my houseplants are pet safe as well. I also live at the end of a dead end street near the cul de sac, so it’s a quiet area with only local traffic and no busy roads nearby.

About: I grew up riding horses and spending most of my free time at the barn, where I eventually started working and gained years of experience with all kinds of animals, especially dogs. I’ve house-sat countless times for my former trainer, taking care of her four Dobermans, along with other pets and farm animals. Since I'm retired, my schedule is wide open. Lana, my partner, works full time from home. Our two little 5 year old poodle mixes are used to welcoming and entertaining new furry friends, since they have "fostered" many dogs over the years.

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life. I’m a pre-veterinary major and love all sorts of creatures. Want to care for animals while in school! I’ve dog and cat sat many times, dog walked, bathed, fed, and more for many different people such as friends, family, and neighbors. When at home, I not only spend time with my two dogs, but I also help to care for them by feeding them, giving them their medicine, taking them on walks, giving them baths, and just loving on them. My first time sitting my dog was a terrible experience and I was terrified to sit him again but a family emergency popped up and I came across her profile. Her house is clean and she was so nice during the meet and greet, my dog Smokie adores her. Not only did she go over plans on what to do with Smokie while we were away but wrote down a detailed list of everything we told her which sits out in her home in case an emergency happened on her end that anyone coming to watch her own dogs and our dog would know exactly what he needed. She also provided us with all of her emergency contacts so we knew anyone who may be in her home. She also has close contact with the vets in the area if something should happen with our pet. She is amazingly organized and prepared. The dogs have plenty of space to roam and she even had a quiet room for the dogs that can’t roam if she had to pop out of the house and can’t bring the dogs. I will never even consider another sitter after booking with her because they all pale in comparison!”
About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies.
