About: https://www.rover.com/sit/kaitlr39001 I have about 4 years of experience with medically fragile dogs as my dog is a diabetic and takes insulin and requires a prescription diet with frequent potty breaks as well as one other dog who is on daily medications. My other senior pup has discospondylosis so daily medications are something I am very very familiar with as well as being more careful and slower with pups. I currently do part time work from home so I am almost always available to pet sit or board or in home pet sit or even walk your animals. I am a HUGE advocate for animal safety regardless of breed. I love all animals and would never put my dogs or any other animal in harms way.

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for animals and a caring heart. I work with animals of all ages, sizes, breeds, etc. Animals naturally gravitate to me and feel safe. I love being able to help out fellow humans with the bonus of keeping your animals happy & healthy :) I am a mama to a young boy, who is also good with animals. Although, he is in school most of the time. I do not usually come out later in the evenings due to my son’s bedtime, but can make it work if you are located close by. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was a child. Every animal I meet likes me quickly. I have a knack with them. Even when they don't like other people, I win them over. For the last 5 years I have been caring for my senior, diabetic, miniature poodle. That requires being vigilant about what and when he eats as well as giving him an insulin shot after each meal. I can take care of high-maintenance animals as well as easy-going pets. I'm currently working part-time from my home. I have plenty of time to spend with my furry friends. I am available during the day, or evenings. For the right client, I would be willing to stay in your home overnight. I walked dogs daily for 2 clients when I was living in Bangkok, Thailand. They trusted me with keys to their home so I could come and go during the day M-F. There was never a problem.

About: I work as a middle school PE and Health teacher in Henderson County. I’ve been an educator and soccer coach for 10 years. I graduated with a degree in Psychology and Health/PE from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and am a proud dog mom to Piper, a chocolate Labrador Retriever, and Toby, a Golden Retriever. The three of us are all very active and love going on long walks at the greenway and hikes on the mountain trails! My dogs are both very friendly and get along very well with other pets, regardless of their size and age! If you choose me to care for your pet(s), whether that be walking, sitting, or having them here for an overnight stay, my goal is to make sure to treat them as if they were my own- with plenty of love, attention, and exercise that I believe every dog is entitled to. If you would like for me to keep your dog overnight, the only request I have would be that you provide a crate and that he/she gets along with other dogs! I work full time as a teacher, so my availability for pet care in addition to taking care of my pets, is limited to the weekends until the end of May. Over the summer, I will have full time availability. Pet care is a regular and rewarding part of my daily routine. I make time each day for walks, play, feeding, and one-on-one attention, and I plan my weekly schedule around the needs of my pets, and the pets in my care. I’ve house-sat countless times for my former trainer, taking care of her four Dobermans, along with other pets and farm animals. This past summer I was the head caretaker and instructor for five Golden Doodle puppies at a girls’ summer camp. I managed their feeding schedules, socialization, crate training, and daily care. About: Hey there! I’m Katelyn. Thank you for considering me to take care of your furry companion(s). I may be new to Rover, but am certainly not new to caring for and working with pets. In fact, I began pet sitting as a young teen for neighbors. I have ample experience caring for and loving on: dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, birds, rodents, turtles and rabbits. About: I have loved and cared for dogs all my life. I started working with dogs when I was 17. I was a kennel tech from 17 until 20. I worked and cared for doggy day care clients, boarders, and even helped with vet tech work. I also recently did dog training where I hosted board and trains in my own home! I currently have an open schedule for drop-ins and walks where I have time to look after your pet, will be needing to close my avaliablity for boarding and day care due to having a service dog in training. I will make exceptions for crate trained dogs. For possible boarders and day-care: I have a fenced-in area in my yard to let your pup run wild and get exercise! I also prefer crates for sleeping overnight, as long as that's okay! Cuddle sessions will happen every night! Walks/drop-ins: I will make sure your dog's get properly exercised on their walks or hikes. And make sure when I check in that pets are well cared for and the house is left cleaner than I left it

So I know a lot about dog and puppy care. One of my dogs is special needs so I know about certain special needs animals. If you have any questions or want to schedule a booking, just feel free to text or call!!!! I’m currently going to school to get my certification so I need to work around that. I am mostly available any day, since my schooling is online though. I will offer in overnight as long as they are a dog friendly and we’ve had a test run. Sometimes animals just don’t click and that’s OK.
