Littles spent most of that first visit hiding behind the couch, but she was patient and determined to win him over. She sent daily photos and updates, and even checked my apartment for water leaks during heavy rain, which gave me so much peace of mind. Within a few days, Littles was curled up in Ana’s lap enjoying all the pets. When I got home, he was relaxed, eating well, and clearly had been well cared for.
