About: Hi, we are Jaren and Ann Skinner and our 13 year old daughter Fiona. Along with our 2 small but mighty dogs, 2.5 year old, 20lb, certified service dog and miniature Australian Shepherd Bowie, and 6 year old, 4lb yorkie Mookie! We ask your pets get along with other smaller dogs and older children (13). We also have 3 new baby chickens (separated from any pets) that are growing fast :) We just moved to Asheville/Hendersonville from Fort Myers Florida after we had enough of the hurricanes (Ian), and the heat. We absolutely love this area. Our place: We have a large, 2 story residence with very large outdoor area! Our Aussie can’t get enough outside fun time. Dogs are allowed in all areas of the downstairs living area. Upstairs has two rooms available if your pup likes alone time in a crate to sleep. Just let us know your fur baby’s preferences! We are home nearly 24/7 because we work here also. So you can trust we will take great care of your fur baby. We are home nearly 24/7 because we work from home. We are in a rural area away from roads, on a private drive, with a very large fenced in dog park out back. We have private upstairs rooms available for your fur baby if that is what you need. Lots of space in our office and home for crates and play areas. Hard laminate flooring for easy cleaning of any accidents :)

About: I’ve cared for furred, finned, and feathered family members since I was a child. I volunteer at animal organizations and have been taught to administer pills, shots, and to prevent injury and illness to pets. I have alerted humans to unrecognized food allergies and abnormal behaviors. Animals adore me for some reason, even the most hesitant ones warm up to me within a day or two! These statements are true of both cats and dogs. I’d be honored to be chosen to care for your beloved family members and home. I can be available weekdays and more flexible on weekends, as I am usually working remotely. During weekdays I can accommodate most 6 hour schedule needs and always 8+ hour needs for care. I may be available for 1-4 hour needs on the weekend. At this time, I don’t offer care in my home as I live in a rental. This is why I love to care for other’s pets!
