Rachel was very responsive and communicative which made her meeting Bandit, going over Bandit's care, and getting keys, etc., all easy and seamless! It is clear she loves and understands pets very well. We were away for over 2 weeks and Rachel came for daily visits during that time - she sent photos and updates each day and it was clear that Bandit was very happy and well cared for. About: Hello! My name is Deidra. My entire life I've been raised around many types of animals including many personalities breeds and sizes of dogs. I recently had a border collie who passed due to old age and currently have a husky mix. I LOVE spending my time with animals (much more than with humans TBH) and am able to recognize when a dog is too stressed, tired, or wound up for a situation and can recognize and prefent situations before they occur. I'd love to take your dog to the beach or hiking with me if you'll be gone for a weekend but I'd love the chance to stop in and just take him or her for a walk as well. Let me know if your dog loves other dogs and I'll bring mine along for the walk! I am currently searching for a full time job so I am available all times at this time until I find additional work. Once I do, I will likely only be available evenings. I crate my dogs when I am away and am familiar with different types of harnesses and leashes. I do not allow random people or dogs to come up to dogs I am walking.

About: I have been a pet owner for my entire life. I recently lost my Lulu, at 15 years old, and I want to be able to care for other folks pets so they feel comfortable while on vacation. I live in the Grovemont neighborhood and several of my neighbors leave their puppers with me when they are away. We can walk 2-3 times a day and/or just chill on the couch :) I work from home, so I am around all day and can pay as much attention as needed to your pupper. plenty of walks and treat time! My own pets are allowed on the furniture and to sleep on the bed. I love to cuddle on the couch while watching TV, so your pup will get plenty of good scratches and love. We live in a great neighborhood with tons of places to go for walks and a park to throw frisbee or ball. I have a tennis ball flickit :)

About: I have experience caring for all types of animals whether it’s dogs, cats or even rabbits. I have been pet sitting for close to 4 years and have been regularly dog walking for 2 years. My schedule changes on a weekly basis but I am very flexible. Most weekdays I am available, weekends I am more busy but we will work out a schedule that works for both of us! In regards to petsitting I try and follow the routine that your pet is used to, and I love adding in fun activities and enrichment so they can thrive even when you are on vacation. I will also keep you posted with pictures and updates. For walks I change my approach for each pup, some dogs love to sniff, some like to run, and others love to learn new tricks. So whatever your doggy likes I try to provide a sensory rich activity as well as an opportunity for them to get some sunshine.

I am mostly available any day, since my schooling is online though. I will offer in overnight as long as they are a dog friendly and we’ve had a test run. About: I have had animals of all kinds in my life since I was under the age of 5. I have always had pets in my life whether it was a dog, a cat, a bird, a snake, or even some fish! I love animals and would love to get to know and help with some more furry friends in the area if needed. My family, friends, co-workers, and even people that know me through others have always reached out to me to help out with walking, feeding, spending time, finding a new home for/fostering or bathing their extended family members whenever they are unable to or need the extra hand. I hope to eventually open up my own animal day care in the future. I look forward to working with you :) I currently work Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 7:45 to 3:45, but I am always able to accommodate. I do have a pup and daughter as well that I may sometimes bring with me on walks or for stopping by, but only if that is okay with you! This allows an extra buddy (as my pup is currently in training and my daughter is 10) to help make the experience more enriched!
