About: Since losing my own dog a few years ago, itâs been extra special to love on and care for other pups. Iâve spent many years caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments â from high-energy puppies to gentle seniors who just want a calm friend nearby. My approach is patient and intuitive: I focus on bonding, learning their routines, and adapting to each dogâs unique needs. Whether your pup loves long walks, cozy snuggles, or structured routines, Iâll follow your directions closely and keep their care consistent. Communication is key for me â youâll always get photo updates, check-ins, and a few sweet stories from their day. đž I work full-time from home, so Iâm available throughout the day for walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of love and attention. My fiancĂŠ also works remotely, so thereâs always someone home to keep your pet company and make sure theyâre comfortable and cared for. Iâm flexible with timing and can usually accommodate early mornings, evenings, or last-minute requests â just send me a message and Iâll do my best to make it work! My fiancĂŠ and I live in a cozy home tucked in the peaceful Black Mountain area â our property sits on a small, farm-like setting with open space and views of nearby horses. We have a large, safe yard thatâs perfect for walks, playtime, or just relaxing outdoors, plus a big covered porch where pets love to hang out and enjoy the mountain breeze. Inside, itâs quiet and comfortable â a calm environment that helps pets feel right at home. We share our space with two older, declawed cats: Sophie, my sassy little diva, and Millie, whoâs gentle, curious, and sweet-natured. They tend to keep to themselves â Sophie usually prefers to nap in her cozy hideaways, and Millie will just watch politely from a distance. If needed, itâs easy to separate spaces so everyone stays relaxed and comfortable. Since both of us work remotely, your pet will never be left alone for long. Weâre home all day to offer company, walks, playtime, and plenty of love â a peaceful, mountain home where your pet can truly feel cared for. â¤ď¸
âLena did a great job taking care of my pup who had surgery and needed some love while I was gone for long clinical days at the hospital. It gave me peace of mind she was being well taken care of. I will definitely be using Lena again to care for my pups.â
About: I love animals! After having my daughter I opted to pet sit for friends instead of adopting another dog of my own, and it's been a great treat. Now I'm opening up my services to others! I have a great fenced in yard and will make sure your fur-baby gets regular walks around town. I've volunteered with shelters and rescue organizations, and been through a lot of training with my own dogs. I work from home, so am able to provide walks in the morning and evening, and potty breaks throughout the day. I am happy to follow any protocol for care. I am very attentive to pets and they will always be under my watchful eye! Even when outside. I am comfortable crating, or they can have free range in the house.
âPiper and I were very pleased with the care provided by Jacqueline & Sammy! Very friendly, welcoming, obvious dog lovers, and excellent communication. Piper really enjoyed having access to a fenced yard for some zoomies, but the best part of the stay was a long walk followed by belly rubs and a nap. They went above & beyond by washing the mud towel I left in case Piper got muddy paws. If we're ever in the Asheville area, again, we'll be a repeat customer!â

âAlyssa was absolutely amazing with my pup, Biggie! She took care of him while my family and I went to the Biltmore and out to dinner, and I couldnât have felt more at ease. She sent so many pictures and videos throughout the time he was with her, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She was incredibly accommodating, and it was clear from the moment we picked him up that he had the best time! Biggie went straight to sleep when we got home, which tells me he was happy, loved, and well played with. Alyssa and her family treated Biggie like one of their own, and it truly meant so much to me. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and loving sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again whenever we visit!!â

âRosko loves hanging out with Tammy and Riley, and especially loves playing in the pool! He does tippy tappy toes when we pull up to the house. When another dog was also going to be staying for the day, Tammy checked in with me that this would be okay for Rosko and would the dogs get along, definitely appreciated that. We get lots of photos and also report cards. It's a bit of an adventure getting there on a gravel road, Tammy provides detailed instructions. Highly recommend!â

âStephanie was very sweet and patient with my baby and I am so appreciative. She sent me updates throughout the day which I enjoyed. She was accommodating to my hectic schedule.â

âHolly was so great with my dog Max for doggie day care. Her and Nola made Max feel right at home. Communication was great! She let me informed and sent pictures through the day. Would definitely recommend her.â

âDebbie did great job taking care of our little fellow. She took him on several walks and kept him with her the entire time. Debbie communicated well and with a couple of pictures.â

âThank uuu Jen!! She was just the best!! Jen sent photos and messaged We hope to return and will contact Jen!! We highly recommend her!! đđđЎđžđâ

About: I've taken care of dogs since my earliest memories! We always had half a dozen adult dogs in the house and puppies to raise in my childhood (we bred Weimaraners). As an adult, I worked in grooming and boarding for 5 years, and for nearly 2 decades now I have had frequent fosters and worked with rescues! I currently have 2 rescues of my own, an angel of a mini Aussie I've had for 5 years, and a medium sized Aussie mix I've had for about 6 months at time of writing. I formerly had a border collie mix and a cattle dog mix who went over the rainbow bridge last year, at age 16 and 14, respectively. I have experience in every sort of situation, difficult or not. I believe every dog is unique and that it's our responsibility to learn their individual languages- I take pride in being able to do so! I am a stay at home mom, so I have ample time to care for your fur babies, and would love to add them to my daily routine! I have a huge fenced yard, where both of my Aussies love to zoom! They love making new friends, but I'm just as happy to come to your home and leave them home with dad. My mini Aussie is great therapy for all sorts of dogs though, and I love bringing her along whenever I can- she gets along with pretty much everyone. My new daughter is learning to love all sorts of fur babies as well. In my home we stick to a feeding, walk, and play schedule-- so it will be easy to adjust to whatever your routines are! The more details, the better-- I want your pups to be just as comfortable with me as they are when you're around. For anyone booking or requesting walks/hikes, I'd love to share our route with you on Strava so you can know where and for how long sniffs and shenanigans were had!

About: I grew up helping take care of dogs, from young pups to old pals. We had 3 pugs, 2 of which we raised, and 4 labs at different times, one of which we raised. I helped care for all of them into their senior years, and theyâre all a part of my fondest memories! I make my living as a musician, working for myself, so while I can be busy on the weekends and go on tours at times, outside of those things, my schedule is extremely flexible. Iâm extremely flexible during the week, and while my weekends are often busy, I could still be open to day-time checkins or walks. Normally, I know my schedule quite far in advance, so I can be reliable. I am prepared to treat your dog as the individual they are, with attention to any details and intentionality they may require. If your dog needs a place to stay, I live in a 3 bedroom house on three acres, plus a screened in porch. I welcome dogs inside and have lots of space to take them for walks. I have no other pets (yet!) and no kids, so I am able to fully dedicate my attention to your pooch. Whatâs more, I am open to coming to you, whether thatâs day-time checkins or overnight stays, whatever your situation calls for!
âOur dog Mint came to us as an adult rescue with a tender heart and big separation anxiety. She trembles and cries to ride in a car, uncertain where sheâs being taken. On her third visit with Brody, as soon as we turned into his driveway she quieted and started wagging. As I drove away, the rearview mirror showed her dancing around his legs and eagerly running to his front door. Priceless peace of mind!â

âKaLyn is the best! We used her for Doggie daycare while we enjoyed the sights of Asheville and Biltmore Estste. She sent pictures frequently of all the fun our fur baby Cooper was having. It made us feel better knoâ

âBob went above and beyond to make sure my pup was comfortable and well taken care of. He was very kind and flexible with my schedule. My dog was very happy and well cared for when I picked him up!â

âNate took great care of our two dogs while we toured the Biltmore House. His place is very dog-friendly with a fenced yard and access to the house and yard. Thanks, Nate, from both of our boys.â

âWe were initially apprehensive about leaving our anxious pup at doggie daycare, but upon meeting Jaren, our worries melted away. Their fenced-in, lush green yard, complete with a variety of dog toys, immediately reassured us. We were warmly greeted by their adorable mini Aussie Shepherd, Bowie, who quickly became fast friends with our dog, Dale. Meeting Ann and their other two friendly doggies only reinforced the welcoming atmosphere. The easygoing nature of the household made drop-offs and pick-ups effortless. Dale returned home pleasantly tired from a day of play, without feeling overwhelmed.â

âRichard watched our dog who has isolation/separation distress and quickly figured out he will calm when a human gives him some attention. Eventually Pooh settled in and slept and relaxed at Richardâs. It was a relief to know Pooh was in good hands while I ran errands.â

âTabitha and Mrs. Zane were Godsends! They agreed to watch our pup super last minute after our sitter fell through. We cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely use them again when weâre back in town!!â
