He takes time to meet them where they are, respect their personality, and boundaries and never rushes him. Answered my emergency request in a timely manor, communication was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure my boys were ok given the circumstances. Initial entry was a bit shaky, however he course corrected and cleaned up any messes made inside the home. Grateful to him for stepping in and going the extra mile.
