About: As a person who has been the primary care taker of my pets since I was 8, I know the right way to take care of animals and know how hard it can be to find quality care for our furry friends. With 2 cats of my own and with several previously owned dogs, I know I can provide excellent care to all kinds of animals! I also love running and playing with animals. Exercise is huge — but I get that a walk isn't always about distance. Sometimes they need to run. Sometimes they need to stop and smell everything. My availability in inconsistent due to Firefighting but I will always respond as soon as I'm able too. About: I have had dogs, fish, and rodents all my life. I volunteered at the Asheville Humane Society early into my teenage years. My previous job was at a dog daycare, which I worked at for one year. After I left that job I began working as a pet bather at a grooming salon. I recently left that job as I wanted to go back to school, and now started volunteering for the Asheville Humane Society again.
