About: I have two dogs and one cat who run my life! I love all types of animals! I love to go on walks often. I have taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was 16 years old. It ranged from neighbors, friends, and people who recommended me to others. And I am easy to get in touch with. I love taking pictures animals being cute and will send them often! I will be available on weekdays to care for your animals. I have two dogs of my own and base a lot of my time around them. I have a big yard to keep the dogs safe and playing! I love to take hikes around DuPont and walks on the greenway. We have two dogs and a cat so navigating multiple pets is second nature.

I work a regular 8 to 5 schedule Monday through Friday, so I'm available for pet care on weekday evenings and all day on weekends. That works well for after-work walks and evening drop-in visits, and I'm flexible on weekends and holidays for longer visits or walks at any time of day. I'm happy to work around your pet's routine and send updates after every visit For dog walks, I pick up your dog at your home and keep them on a secure leash the whole time. I stay alert to traffic, other dogs, and anything they shouldn't eat, and I walk at your dog's pace, whether that's a slow sniffy stroll or something more energetic. I follow your instructions on routes, treats, and routines, bring water if needed, and always clean up after your dog. Afterward, I send a photo and a quick note on how the walk went. For cat sitting, I visit your home to care for your cat in their own space, which is usually the least stressful option for cats. I feed them and refresh their water the way you like it, scoop the litter box, and spend time playing or cuddling depending on what your cat enjoys. I check that they seem healthy and comfortable, make sure doors and windows stay secure, and send a photo and update after each visit. For both services, I do a free meet-and-greet first so your pet can get comfortable with me. I'll follow your routines closely and contact you right away if anything seems off.

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve had dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and others my whole life. I’m good with pets of all size! I have a Aussie, two 18 year old cats, and an orange boy who started out as a stray. With senior kitties and an Aussie who has separation anxiety, I know how stressful it can be to leave your babies with someone else! Looking forward to meeting you and taking care of your pets! I work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible! I can usually fit visits around your pet’s normal routine, whether they need a morning check-in, afternoon company, or an evening visit. I’m very patient with animals, especially when they’re shy or nervous around someone new. I’ll let your pets warm up at their own pace, follow your care instructions, and make sure everything is secure before I leave.

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals at home and raised my own after college. I grew up caring for neighbors pets and use to watch clients dogs during my summer vacation in college. I also volunteered at shelters over the years. I am currently staying with family to help out after a minor surgery. I have a flexible schedule at this time. In the future I may have other jobs come up. I prefer to stay where the animal is most comfortable, their own home. I also offer visits verse overnight stays for clients comfort. My priority is to make sure your precious pet has the proper care while you are away some you can be focused on your trip knowing everything is good at home.

I also have experience with senior animals that just want to snuggle. I’m available every weekend and work part time during the week. About: I've taken care of many dogs, cats, fish, and even the occasional bird. I had my own pet sitting side business while I was in college in Tampa and have missed I ever since I moved!! I am currently looking to switch careers so my appointment book will be pretty open in the near future. I'd love for this to develop into my full time job. I am currently renting so I'm not offering boarding services. But I'm offering drop in visits not only to walk, feed, and clean up after pets but to spend some time with them so they are not lonely

I have always been an animal person and I have a puppy of my own so I understand the needs of young puppies and also older ones! Pet care fits in my schedule because I will ALWAYS make time for an animal! Also I love to help out where I can so that is why I signed up to do this! About: Outside of watching friends and coworkers animals, I grew up in a house where any animal was welcome, so between me and my siblings over the years there were lots to take care of I have a very flexible schedule so I can work with most anybody needing service within a reasonable range. About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. I'm currently without pets of my own which is rare for me, so I have an ample amount of attention and care to spare!

I have had decades of experience with a variety of pets, from blind pugs to anxious mutts to timid cats and everything in between. As a middle-aged woman with many responsibilities and experiences, I am adept at managing a wide variety of pet tasks with conscientiousness and skill. You can be confident that your dogs and cats will be in safe and loving hands with me while you are away. I am a freelance writer and work only part-time from home, so I have an abundance of time to be fully in the moment with your pets and provide them quality care, supervision, and one-on-one attention. I have a wonderful husband who loves animals and 16-year old son (who also adores animals), and a 20-year-old son studying at Chapel Hill, who helps me with the dogs in my care when he is home for the summer and on breaks. Currently, I have a wonderful, small group of regular dogs who come for daycare most days of the week. I always make sure prospective dogs are a good fit with the group to ensure safety and an optimal experience for all the dogs. We love meeting new dogs and welcome having new playmates here at "Camp Dewdog." These guys have so much fun here, romp around the yard, hide in the shrubery, zoom around the porch, and go on walks in our Montford neighborhood to see the goats and chickens down the street or to the Reed's Creek Greenway, or Hummingbird Park. There's never a dull moment here, except when the pups are sacked out on our porch swing bed or lounging in the house on the sheepskin rugs. Your pets will be cared for with the same dedication and attentiveness as with my own pets. Dogs can either roam and lounge in our large Victorian home or frolic in our lush fenced yard and porch. Montford is also a lovely neighborhood to go on walks with dogs, with lots of parks nearby, resident goats and chickens down the street at our friends' house, and Reed's Creek Greenway just around the corner.
