About: I have had dogs, cats, birds, and much more animals my entire life. I love taking care of animals and have done it for friends and family for years. I’m very active and love walks and runs! I have 3 animals of my own including 2 dogs and a cat. I have taken care of baby, Senior, adult, healthy, and sick animals. I’m an animal lover and love meeting new people and animals. I have a lot of knowledge with animals for the simple fact that I have been around 100’s my entire life, from saving strays to having pets. I live in Weaverville and would love to help out with taking care of your pet or pets! I work all day but could be flexible. Im a personal trainer, my hours are 4am-2/3pm. I am available with at least a week notice. I can help on M-F and weekends with drop ins and walks. I have a yard as well as 2 friendly playful dogs. I have crates as well as separated floors that are gated off in my home that always help.

About: Hi, I am a compassionate and dependable recent retiree. My two senior dogs passed away in the past 6 months and I am without any fur-babies for the first time in decades. I am honored to spend quality time with your loved one so you can have a worry-free vacation and I can have some doggy/kitty time! (I am comfortable handling two small dogs (under 40 lbs total) or one medium dog 40-50 lbs. If over 50 lbs we can chat to determine if it would be a good fit) I am newly retired and have plenty of free time. I do have community activities out but they do not dominate my day. I spend my time focused on creativity (working on art and music projects) at home. So your pup will have company pretty much all day whether you are boarding with me or I am housesitting for you. I am very active and have a daily exercise and yoga routine and my home is a healthy and veg-friendly household. I'll gladly walk your dog to the level he/she is used to (if it's hot I will walk early morning and/or evenings). My intention is to have your baby feel loved and safe with lots of attention and play and by sticking to the routine as you dictate. I am very tidy/neat and respectful of your home. I'm happy to water your plants etc. If boarding in my home, I am here most of the time. I live in a big house with my husb and high school aged daughter and we have a fenced in yard so there is plenty of room for your pup to do his or her business and run around and chase a toy. The neighborhood is very walkable and dog-friendly. I can also take your dog in the car to favorite walks (with your permission). If boarding in my home, I request that your dog is 100% house-trained and has good social skills/manners as well as being comfortable with having their own bed to sleep in.
“Alyssa was absolutely amazing with my pup, Biggie! She took care of him while my family and I went to the Biltmore and out to dinner, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. She sent so many pictures and videos throughout the time he was with her, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. About: I have been surrounded by pets my whole life. Growing up, we always had dogs, cats, and birds. When I moved to the U.S, I lived in the country side with many dogs and thousand of birds (literally). Now, I have a little Chihuahua mix; he is like my baby. I have experience administering medication to pets either orally or injectable . I am educated and trustful person who will respect your home and your pets. I am able to pass a background check if it is required. I have a cellphone and my own car. My husband and I both work from home, so your dog will never be left alone. Our jobs are very flexible, which means we can take your dog for walks during the day. I have a very friendly old Chihuahua. My house is big, comfy and very clean. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic.
