“Ariel went above and beyond while we were gone for a week. Betty and Rocco were very happy when we came back and the house and the yard looked great. Will definitely use her again soon.”

“Benjamin was a reliable and flexible sitter! I had some changes to my original request and he had no problem with it. I knew Modelo was in good hands. I would recommend Benjamin for your pet sitting needs.”

“Jessie is great! So passionate about his work with dogs. I feel lucky to have such a knowledgeable, caring person taking care of my little Yorkie! My puppy has learned so much from Jessie. Highly recommend and feel 100% comfortable leaving my Ella in his care.”
“It was really lovely to go on vacation and not worry about the care that our animals were receiving. Neil was prompt, sent pictures daily and when we got back our animals were calm and we could tell, well cared for. Thanks Neil!”

“Savannah is so sweet and great with the dogs! It took a while for one of our dogs to warm up to her, and she was so patient with him and understanding. We had drop in visits and she was on time and sent us updated/pictures after each visit. Dogs were loved on and taken care of while we were gone. Highly recommend!”

“David is amazing! This was our second booking with him and it went great, again. Our dogs and cat love him. He sends detailed updates and cute photos. I highly recommend him!”

About: I have experience with show dogs and have had pets my whole life. I have a cat with health needs so I’m able to follow even the strangest requests for your fur baby. I can work evenings and some mornings when I’m off from my full time job. Looking for a productive way to fill some of my free time I’ll follow any instructions you have to make sure it’s like you never left your little one in my hands. I have an attention to detail due to my own pets “special” requirements
“Not to be dramatic, but Louise is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! My pup, Dolly, absolutely loves her and she’s always providing the sweetest most thoughtful updates and cute pictures. I always know Dolly will be well taken care of with Louise. I work long days in the summer months, so I need someone to give her exercise and attention during the day when I can’t. With other sitters I would come home and Dolly would still seem wound up, but she seems like she’s getting exactly what she needs with Louise. Couldn’t be happier with her!”

“Elizabeth took great care of our cats while we were away. While they’re too shy for socializing, she ensured that their food, water, and litter boxes were maintained. We would recommend Elizabeth and schedule with her again!”

“Shannon was great! She was very responsive and set up a meet-and-greet quickly for a last minute booking for my cat. My kitty is very shy and Shannon went out of her way to check her hiding spots to make sure she was doing ok. Will definitely rebook!”

“Joanna is such a phenomenal sitter! She provides excellent care while I’m away, with great updates and attentive service. HIGHLY recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs.”

“Carolyn was very kind and patient with my cat, who is usually scared of new people. She managed to gain her trust and even play with her. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat in her care and highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs & cats since I was 10. I’ve helped numerous friends, neighbors, and family members with house sitting, dog walks, and pet care. I am currently a second year PA student on clinical rotations so I have a lot of flexibility to take care of your fur babies. I live in an apartment so I would prefer to take care of your fur baby in your own home but I am flexible to other arrangements.

Asheville cat parents share their Rover experiences
David did an excellent job caring for my senior cat! He dropped by twice a day for a week to feed my kitty, scoop litter, and give him some playtime and affection. My cat occasionally throws up a hairball, and this unfortunately happened on my couch the first night I was away. David cleaned up the mess as best he could, which made it a lot easier to get my couch slipcovers clean when I got home. He also took out my trash to the basement when it was getting full and brought in my mail. David was very communicative, sending photos and a little update with each check-in. David’s reliable and compassionate care for my cat gave me peace of mind, allowing me to enjoy my vacation! I would highly recommend David as a cat sitter!

I can’t recommend Alex enough!! He was communicative, kind, took so many great photos of our cats during every drop in visit and we appreciated the flexibility when our travel plans were delayed. He went above and beyond and anyone would be lucky to have him watching their fur babies 💖

I couldn’t be happier with Natasha and how well she cared for our cats and sugar glider. She is very attentive, meticulous and our cats love her calming energy. So thankful to have found someone so kind and responsible that we can trust while we are away. Will definitely rebook with her again!

I had such a great experience with Bailey. She checked on my cat while I was away, made sure he was fed, cleaned the litter box, and gave him attention. She communicated well and made the whole process stress‑free. I could tell she genuinely cares about animals. I’m very grateful and highly recommend her!

Jennifer was a great cat sitter, she came over for a meet and greet and asked great questions. Her updates were the most thoughtful and thorough of any sitter I've had. I felt great knowing my cat was in great hands. She made sure everything was exactly how preferred. Thanks Jennifer!
