I currently do rover full time , which gives me flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and enrichment visits. With me dogs are never left alone for long periods and can get all-day care and companionship. This is my full time job meaning this is a priority for me—not a side hobby. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and routine are always at the center of my schedule. Your dog will have so much fun with me! As I have access to a private dog park where they can get in tones of agility or just somewhere to have zoomies! We also have access to a nice scenic hiking trail. For some of are couch potato friends, we have a nice spacious apartment with pet approved couch to lay on and just enjoy a relaxing, quite place! As for my furry friends that ill be sitting for at there place, I like to give them plenty of play time in there space and yards. Along with nice long walks through the neighborhood! Attention to detail, and love is what I thrive for when taking care of your pet!

About: I'm that go to friend that everyone always asks to love on their pets while they are busy or out of town. I've had all sorts of pets in my life too. No requests to weird. I love to send selfies of your furbabies so you know they are safe and happy. I live in west Asheville and am able to travel to close towns. I have taken care of the special needs of animals I cared for. Pills and special food is all good. I do require a meet up drop in visit before we book a stay. I want to meet you and your pet in their own home and learn about their particular needs. This is so we both feel that your fur baby is being cared for the way they are used to. Less stress for pets and pet parents this way. I do work outside of pet sitting, but still have free time for pets. Im available for overnight stays as well. I will treat your home as I would my own. And yes I can bring in the mail(or packages) for you too. I appreciate written care instructions. That way if there is ever an emergency I can take the best possible care of your pet in a timely manner. LGBTQ+ friendly (obviously lol)

She took the time to meet our extremely shy cat on his level and care for him in all the ways you could only hope for. Attentive, kind, knowledgeable and above all else - caring. This was my first time using Rover and a friend recommended Shay to me to look after my two senior kitties. Let me just say that my orange tabby NEVER comes out for anyone but he came out for Shay. She is some sort of magical cat whisperer I swear. She also sent me some of the best photos and videos! Communication was very clear and my babies were so well taken care of. I get so nervous leaving them but it was a huge weight off my shoulders knowing Shay was taking great care of them. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.
