About: Hi! I would love to help care for the fur babies in your family! I do house sitting, pet-sitting, and dog walking. I have had pets of all kinds from guinea pigs, to cats, to 100+ lb dogs! I even have experience with taking care of newborn puppies. I am a very active person and can take your dogs out for a run if you would like. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 13. I’ve also taken care of cats along with bunnies, guinea pigs, mice, and frogs. I have also helped take care of senior dogs who needed help walking and also puppies. I am currently going to school at UNCA so I would stay at your home or also have your dog in my dorm the school doesn’t mind. I would take them outside in the morning and in between classes. There is also a dog park behind my dorm building. I will stop by and feed animals and stay if wanted to and also walk them and play with them during my free time. I’m comfortable working with animals with special needs. I currently work full-time on week days from 8-4. If you live within 10 minutes of West Asheville I am able to provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours. If you live further out, I can provide breaks every 8 hours. I have a decent amount of flexibility in my schedule and I have no pets of my own, so all of my attention can be on your fur babies!! He arrived promptly at the designated times, fed, walked and played with our pups. He is very kind and responsive giving us comfort that they were getting the attention they need. Our English Springer Spaniel is full of energy and Brad was able to give him the play time fetching sticks to burn off some of his energy. We live on a few acres so having someone that is also active was important to us. We trusted Bradly with our home and pets and would definitely use him again.”

This was my first time using Rover and a friend recommended Shay to me to look after my two senior kitties. Let me just say that my orange tabby NEVER comes out for anyone but he came out for Shay. She is some sort of magical cat whisperer I swear. She also sent me some of the best photos and videos! Communication was very clear and my babies were so well taken care of. I get so nervous leaving them but it was a huge weight off my shoulders knowing Shay was taking great care of them. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Lindsey watched my two cats for nearly a month while we went away. I could not be happier with her services. She was very thorough in terms of following the cat's specific routines and meeting their needs - cleaning and filling water fountains, giving each cat their separate and different foods, and cleaning the litter boxes. She provided detailed updates and lots of great photos. When we got home, everything was perfectly clean and in order, and it was clear the cats had been well taken care of.
